Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 mtr. and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches.

Earth filling under floors I/C cost of earth when obtained from out side board's area including its carriage I/C watering, ramming in 20 cm. layers & dressing of earth etc. all complete.

Concrete with 4 cm. gauge 1st class brick ballast (Class 150) coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist Class brick (class 150) work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (FM1.8 to 2.50) mortar but in supper structure but for wall of one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) & cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

3mm thick floating coat of Neat cement finish over roof & walls including supply of materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box ,piano type switch and ceiling rose/angle/ batten holder on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc. complete in all respect, as directed .

Wiring Point for plug with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface,complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire , GP Box and piano type switch and socket etc. complete in all respect

S/F Batten/Angle Holder/Ceiling rose of approved quality complete in all respect .

Supply and fixing of Bajaj Fresh/Exhaust fan including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

S/F welded wire mesh size 75x25mm and rectangular made out of 10 SWG over M.S. angle frame with M.S. flat welded as required including cost of drilling holes, washer welding etc as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work . exept cost of M.S angle and flat.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like grainite, quartzite etc from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries and approved coarse sand in proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P.

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Engaging of labour for misc. civil works with required T&P
