Earthing of Outdoor Equipments in Switchyard, as per site requirement/as per PVVNL guideline details as given below:- Digging of Trench of size-0.50x0.75x30M.,for laying of Earthmat throughout in required full portion of switchyard and refilling & ramming of the same earth into the trenches after completion of Earthmat work, Laying of 32mm.dia M.S.Bar in Trench, properly in alignment along the length and width in switchyard, Cutting of 32mm.dia M.S.Bar-3M.long and making one end in conical shape,by forging process and driving it into the earth, in trench at fixed distance as per drawing and properly welding with M.S.Bar Earthmat, Proper continuous electric welding of overlap joints of M.S.Bar upto a length of 150mm. On both sides,along the length of M.S.Bar and an extra piece of 12mm M.S.Round-150mm.long, providing on both sides of Overlap Joints and continuous electric welding on both side, along the length of M.S.Bar. All joints shall be painted with black bituminous paint, Proper electric welding at X-joints of M.S.Bar and welding by providing 25x6mm.”U” type Clamp of M.S.Flat, and proper continuous electric welding with M.S.Electrode and M.S.Bar at each X-joints. All joints shall be painted with black bituminous paint and as per site requirement.

Providing &laying of G.I.Strip of size 50x6mm for connecting the earthmat with each equipment (Bus Isolators, 33KV C.T., 33KV V.C.B., L.As., Fuse Set, Post Insulators, T/F Body & its neutral and M.S.Frame of Cabe Supporting Structure), various steel structures. The work also includes cutting, bending, straightening, over laping and welding the earth strip with earth mat and by using high quality arc welding in already digged trenches, as per PVVNL guidline and as per site requirement.

Fixing M.S Round 32mm dia and Making delta earthing for power T/F neutral/L.A as per RESPO Norms.

Making earthing of all 11KV Switchgears, P.T. and other outdoor equipments on both earth terminal inside the control room by G.I.Strip in size 50x6mm. with 32mm. dia M.S.Round laid in trench with proper electric welding, as per PVVNL guidline.

Water level earthing With G.I pipe ID-40mm & OD-46mm, 3mm Thick with 6SWG Copper wire as per specification upto 80 Feet with copper cone 750gm.

Water level earthing With G.I pipe ID-40mm & OD-46mm, 3mm Thick with 6SWG Copper wire as per specification upto 120 Feet with copper cone 750gm.

Construction of 1No. Plinth for 5MVA/10MVA, 33/11KV T/F, in size-3.46x4.46 Mtrs., as per drawing, as per PVVNL guidline and site requirements, details as given below:- Excavation of earth in foundation. Cement concrete in foundation in ratio 1:6:12, Cement, Sand & Brick ballast., First Class Brick work in ratio 1:4 with Cement & Coarse sand mortar., Cement concreting inner side of plinth in ratio 1:4:8, Cement, Coarse sand and stone shingle. M.S.work for re-inforcement 12mm. Tor at a distance of 15Cms. apart, including cutting, bending & binding by wire to each other for making JAL in two layer, 12 to 15Cms. apart.

Fixing of 3.5Mtr.long, 2No. Rail Pices, 90Lbs, on top of Plinth at proper distance in alignment by C.C.

Laying, Stringing & Sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor from main Bus Bar to Power T/F, through Post Insulator, Bus Isolator, C.Ts, VCB and L.As., by providing & fixing P.G.Clamp/Connectors, suitable for Dog/Panther.

Erection of I/C Switchgear, Bus Coupler, O/G Switchgears & Double T/F Control panel in alignment, in Control Room, including safe shifting, from Dump Place. The work also includes safe removal of old switch gears to safe place if applicable. Making 4No. Pockets for each and providing/fixing of Reg Bolt by CC in ratio 1:2:4, with tightening also. As per PVVNL guidline.

Commissioning & fixing of Bus bar (Copper), between each Switchgear, Double T/F Control panel control cable, by bolt, nut & washers and HT compound and providing & tapping HT Tape, Empire Tape & PVC Tape, on each joint & Bus Coupler connect which existing Bus-bar. ( If extra fitting/adjustment or suitable copper bus-Bar for fitment required then provided by the contractor)

Construction of double pole structure (Feeder D/P) :- Erection for Double Pole Structure on STP 11M.long, with fabrication of all accessories, such as Channel/Angle, 11KV TPMO, Fuse Set, Disc Insulator & Pin insulators etc & Fixing of all accessories on Double Pole, by providing &fixing M.S.Clamp with Bolt,Nut&Washers. Earthing to be on each supports by M.S.Earthing Rod and connecting between Rod &Supports, by G.I wire of 6 SWG as per RESPO Norms.

Grouting of STP 11M. long, with CC in ratio 1:4:8, complete in all respect, as per RESPO Norms.

Fixing of Stay Set-16x1800mm. on Double Pole, including digging of pits of size-0.75x0.75x1.5M. Grouting in CC ratio 1:4:8 Cement, Sand & Stone Shingle. Binding and nozelling of Stay Wire, complete in all respect, by providing & fixing of Stay Clamp, as per RESPO Norms.

Preparation of 33 KV Power Cable ends: as per RESPO specification of the following : Making of cable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 33KV, 3x300q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.

Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: as per RESPO specification of the following : Making of cable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.

Making of cable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.

Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: as per RESPO specification of the following : Making of cable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x185q.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.

Making of cable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x185Sq.mm XLPE cable. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.

Making, Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100×50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300×300×700mm and painted with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond size 35x6mm ( by providing) M.S. Bolt and washer.

Cable Support Making, Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Channel (100x50x6)mm, joined to each other by means of M.S. channel pieces of each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300x1000x1000)mm in C.C. 1:3:6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50x6)mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm).

Providing & Fixing 110mm dia 2mm thick 2M long G.I.Pipe over 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on cable support structure. Work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.

Copper bus bar support T-type M.S.Structure (As per site requirement): Making Fabrication and grouting erection of M.S. frames for support of copper Bus Bar in L.V. side of Power transformer. The M.S. frame shall be made of M.S. channel (100x50)mm in 'T' shape. drilling of 3 Nos. hole on the top channel for fixing of 03No. 33 KV Post insulator. The M.S. frame shall be painted with one coat of primer & two coat of aluminium paint and grouting the frame in C.C. ratio 1:3:6 in a block of size (300x300x700) mm with stone Pad (by providing) of size (300x300x75mm). The work also includes the fixing of 33KV Post Insulator by Aluminium binding wire in complete with nut & Bolts.

Supply & Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2400x50x6)mm in L.V. side for 05MVA and (3000x65x8)mm for 10MVA T/F as per requirement for power transformer, Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work covering copper Bus-Bar in Complete.

Fixing of Cable Box on 5MVA/10MVA T/F, 11KV Switchgears, by Bolt & Nuts and tapping the joints by providing HT/Empire/PVC Tape.

Mounting of 11KV Cable boxes on Double Pole, by providing & fixing of M.S.Clamp, made of 65x6mm. M.S.Flat, with Bolts,Nuts & Washers, including providing & fixing 3mm. thick 150mm. dia G.I.Pipe-3M.long, with pipe supporting Clamp-2No. on each, made of 65x6mm M.S.Flat.

Laying of Control Cable in Packka Trench, from VCB/CTs/T/F to 33KV Control Panel and making connection for operation & protection of equipments, by using ferrules including commissioning battery charger with battery by providing copper lead with lugs etc & dressing of Control Cable and making arrangement for testing in the equipments.

Assembling and installation of the cabinet of 24 volt battery and battery charger including grouting of foundation bolt as per manufacturer drawing in control room including safe shifting. The electric connection between battery and battery charger by providing flexible copper lead of size 7/20SWG shall be done properly. The work including wireing upto control pannels, testing & commisnoning in al respect as per pvvnl guidline.

Providing & fixing 1 No. MCB Box 63amp. TPN and 03 No. 32 Amp. SPN box and power plug on wall and it is proper grouting including it is connection with A/C supply by providing proper size of connection wire as per pvvnl guidline.

CONSTRUCTION OF CONTROL CABLE TRENCH IN SWITCHYARD : (As per RESPO Norms) Consstruction of control cable trench of size 30cmx30cm with trench wall thickness 23cm after exavation of earth by using 1st class bricks work in cement mortar in ratio 1:4 with c.c work foundation in ratio 1:4:8 (Cement sand & brick blast)

Providing &Grouting of M.S.Strip of size 25x6mm in cable trench 100mm above floor level and at equal space distance 300mm

Construction of S.S.Os. Approach Road-1.2M wide in switch yard by laying dry brick-ballast in 15Cm layer, 115mm thick brick work 1:4 in both side of edge, providing 10Cm thick CC in ratio 1:2:4. the work includes proper plastering top & side of road and making groove, leveling & dressing of earth beneath the brick work on edge. as per site requirement & PVVNL guidline.

Painting of Substation structure with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of ISI Mark Alumn. Paint after rubbing with sand paper to the surface of the structure includidng labour and T&P complete in all respect

Hiring of D/G Set, including carriage, loading, unloading & operating charges (with fuel) at 33/11KV Substation, : 20 KVA, 3 Phase D/G Set for testing of Power T/F & equipments installed at Sub-station.

5 KVA, Single Phase D/G Set for Welding/Testing of equipments installed at Sub-station.

Providing required No. of Skilled Technicians for testing & Commisning to work on power T/F, HT/LT Panels, during testing as assisting technical hands of test team during commissioning & energisation.
