The Bidder should have carried out at least 01 (One) No. of similar nature of works successfully / satisfactorily in the last 5 years preceding the date of bid submission and shall be completed and commissioned prior to the date of submission of the Bid. Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the cost of the contract. The Tenderer/ Bidder Should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka. OR Valid Form J-1 verification letter issued by the Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Govt. of Karnataka to other state Electrical Contractor License Holder for the highest system voltage specified in the tendered work. As on the date of Bid submission and shall upload the same along with other Bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected.

Proforma of undertaking

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is (AxNx2.5-B). The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.OR The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be verified and certified by Chartered Accountant/ Cost Auditor. However, the Bidder has to upload the PO/ Work Award copies for existing commitments and on going works. A self declaration is to be uploaded by the Bidder stating that the information with regard to assessed available tender capacity (Works on Hand) furnished are correct

Self-declaration for Risk & Cost.

Achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2021-2022 to 2025-2026 an average financial turnover of Rs.6.67/-Lakh Usually not less than the estimated cost for works costing up to Rs.100Lakhs. Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial Turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. Last five years Audited Financial statements i.e. Balance sheets, P and L statements with UDI number, Turnover certificates duly certified by chartered Accountant as documentary evidence shall be uploaded
