PART A: PAVEMENT

Scarifying the existing Bituminous Surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all leads and lifts upto 1km

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam (G-II) specification incld. spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying & brooming with crushable, stone screening, binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse agg., watering and compacting to the required density grade 2 as per technical specification clause 405.manual means.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Providing and Laying Tack Coat with Bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.20 to 0.25 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Providing, laying 25 mm thick semidense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronice sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, 25mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix plant of 60-90 TPH capacity) including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A/B as per Technical Specification Clause 510.specification 1995) by Mech. means using bitumen (S-90) .including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Construction of Earthen Shoulder using ordinary earth with all leads and lifts and transport to site and compact with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (Complete job as directed by the engineer)

PART B: PCC Drain/ Earthen Drain

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto required lead , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary/hard soil upto required depth.

Type B (First Class) bedding, Laying (first class) bedding of well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular material as per MORD technical specification clause 1105 (ii) including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Providing concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications clause 802, 803, 1202, & 1203 in PCC M-10 Nominal Mix (1:3:6) including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Providing conc. for plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202, and 1203 PCC Grade M-15 (1:2.5:5) Nominal mix.including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

PART C: BREAST WALL

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Providing concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications clause 802, 803, 1202, & 1203 in PCC M-10 Nominal Mix (1:3:6) including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Random Rubble Stone masonry, uncoursed brought to course in cement sand mortar 1:5, with quarry stones in foundation and plinth incl cost of bond stones and levelling up at specified levels with M-5 grade ( stone aggregate 20mm size)incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading and octori.

Random Rubble Stone Masonary, uncoursed brought to Courses with quarry stones laid dry in foundation and plinth as per drawings and technical specifications clauses 702.1, 702.4, 703 & 704 incl. Cost of bond stones and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.

Providing PCC M20 Plain Coping on the top of Retaining wall/Breast wall. complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 615,710 &1204.3.11. complete job as directed by the engineer
