Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light ,fan, light fittings,socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal sunken box powder coated of suitable size for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified. Note:(1) Cost for cutting, chasing and making good to existing surfaces are deemed to be included in the Quoted Rate. (2).Repairing of disturbed surface by Plastering and painting with matching the existing surfaces deemed to be included in the quotaed rate. (a) For one light point controlled by one SP switch

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Taking down including disconnecting the electric connection of ceiling fan and dismantling blades,greasing complete all as specified and directed

Hanging / fixing only ceiling fan received from item No 23 above and connecting up including fastner and provision of suitable size of copper cable from connector of fans to ceiling rose complete.

Taking down including disconnecting the electric connection of exhaust fan and dismantling blades,greasing and painting the whole assembly complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Exhaust fan received from item No 25 above and connecting up including fastner and provision of suitable size of copper cable from connector of fans to ceiling rose complete.

M&L for taking down existing geyser carefully without damaging of any capacity from bathroom and to be kept in safe custody untill completion of finishing work and re-fixing the same after completion of finishing work including cleaning the geyser, connecting,testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F submain wiring with two run of single core 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked and one run of 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable for earth continuty conductor drawn through and under suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked ( not less than 20 mm dia) complete with all acessories and fittings all laid/fixed concealed in wall/ceiling or surface in wall and surface conduit on ceiling, and also include the specified runs of specified size earth continuity conductor of similar type cable complete all as specified - Note:-2 Runs of 6.0 Sqmm single core and one run of 6.0 sqmm single core cable as earth wire incld PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring of copper/alluminium any size cable including batten/conduit complete etc and making good distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv main MCCB/MCB TPN DB of any size.

Supply and fixing load line vertical distribution board 'A' frame made out of CRCA sheet,double door, surface mounting TPN 4 way 415 volts 200 Amps rated bus bar and stove enamels dust and vermin proof suitable for FP 'A' frame MCCB of 125 Amps =01 No MCB for outgoing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Disconnecting of cable from old DB and connecting Cable to new DB also included in the unit quoted rate of the item. (ii)MCCB and MCB shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule A.

Taking down old unsv MCB DB SPN type of any capacity.

Supply and fixing MCB distribution board with Bus bar 200A neutral link , earth bar made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface mounting SPN 12 way 230 volts double door type regal gray horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized iron strip 4 mm dia as earth lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and 15 mm thick mixture in equal ratio of magnesium sulphate & copper sulphate in all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate NO 5 of SSR Part I (1991) and connecting to earthing test point, including CI cover, frame and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one meter away from building shall be provided in slanting manner. Note :- PCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 type B-I 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg (sqm in liew of CI)

S&F in replacement of earth contuinity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable MCCB of any capacities from the TPN DB after disconnecting the electric supply,complete all as specified.

Supply and fix, fixed thermal and fixed magnetic settings, 4 pole MCCB 63 Amps, 50 HZ, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of serviceable MCCB 4/3 pole 415 V, received from item No 37 above as directed by Eng in charge.

Supply, installation and commissioning meter box, indoor type, totally enclosed,dust & vermin proof (protection class IP65) PS polystyrene weather proof rain water proof temprature resistance made out of thermoplastic . The meter box shall be suitable for accomodating 8 NOs single phase LT electric energy meter in an independent cubicles with fibre glass of suitable size fixed on front side of the cubicles to view the meter readings. The panel shall be suitable to be mounted on wall with suitable fixing arrangement. Each cubicles shall have openings for entry and exit of cables and locking arrangements and re-fixing the existing meter in each cubicals complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric meter and taking down the defective cubicle type, meter box ,indoor type complete all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable SP MCBs of any capacities from the TPN DBs /MCB DBs after disconnecting the electric supply,complete all as specified.

Taking down unserviceable SPN MCBs of any capacities from the TPN DBs /MCB DBs after disconnecting the electric supply,complete all as specified.

Refixing of serviceable MCB SP 6- 32 Amp, received from item No 42 above as directed by Eng in charge.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 Amp, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning.

S&F MCB SP 40 Amps 10 KA, 240 volt 'B' Series all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of serviceable MCB SPN 32/40 Amp, received from item No 43 above as directed by Eng in charge.

S&F MCB SPN 40 Amps 10 KA, 240 volt 50 HZ 'C' Series all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A

Notes: (1)The above mentioned works will be executed in occupiedt qtrs. Hence debries produced during work will be cleared by contractor every working days. (2). After execution of work in day, the complete lightings of qtrs in night should be made funtional by contractor in every working days.
