SPL REPAIR TO OR MD ACCN BLDG NO P-75/01TO 06 OF ARMY AVN SQN UNDER GE JHANSI

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) including terrazzo flooring in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and path laid in panels not more than 3.0 mtr in length, laid to slope 1:30 including forming joints 10 mm wide and duly filled with mixer of mastic bitumen and sand (01 part bitumen mixed with 03 parts of sand) , complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of material against form work and joint fillings.)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 350 X 250 x 7/ 450x300x7 mm thick, joint less type, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for receiving the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n. exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floor, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) same as floor tiles, but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over and including 10 mm thick rendering (backing coat) in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick, over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Kota stone slab in steps (tread) shall be provided in single piece with visible edges chamfered & provided with two grooves at front edges and cost for the same is included in the quoted rate.)
