M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall,by washing, rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface etc, and applyitng one coat of distemper oil emulsion, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of wall and preparing surfaces as directed by applying thin layer of wall care putty of 1 mm to 2mm thick and finally applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Prepration of old painted or plastered surface of wall washing, rubbing down and applying one coat of cement base paint etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick plaster in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finishing top even and smooth without using extra cement etc, complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even etc complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid joint free ceramic tiles of 7mm to 8mm thick area of each tile not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticle surface 350x250x7mm / 450 x350 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white and colour cement to match including rendering 10mm thick as in backing wall plaster in CM 1:4, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete fixed to frames etc complete all as specified & as directed.
