Sch 'A' Part - I : BUILDINGS OR WORKS Construction of Pre-Engineered Building Steel Structure for sun shelters with 6 bays of each size 30x25x8.00 mtr height (clear inner dimension) steel structure with zincalume - AZ 150 Roofing sheet of 0.6mm thick (base metal), painted with super durable paint system with 20 years coloutr waranty all as per manufacturer specifications, camouflage pattern colour coating on top and plain colour on bottom and yield strength of 550 MPa in wall cladding and roofing including RCC foundation, Anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eve-gutters, down take pipes, etc complete all as specified, manufacturers instructions and as shown on drawing.

Note - The above quoted rate inclusive the following works : - (a) Sun shelters are to be constructed on existing hard standing. Scope of work also include the following : - (i) Existing tarmac shall be CONTOUR surveyed before starting work and neatly cut by using diamond cutting machine to the extent required for casting foundation, plinth beams etc. After removal of hardstanding i.e. PQC excavation shall be carried out for making foundation pit in accordance with structural drawings. After completion of foundation work, such excavated portion shall be made good with following including provisions contained in particular specifications in Schedule 'A' Part - I: - (aa) Pavement Quality Concrete with 40 kg/Sqcm fluctural strength of the thickness 300mm of existing hardstanding . (ab) Wet mix macadam 150 mm thick (compacted) in two layers of 75 mm each. (ac) 1:4:8 dry lean concrete, 100 mm thick. (ad) 25 mm thick sand filling including 125 micron polythene sheet. (ae) Balance depth of excavation with returning and filling with approved earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (af) Preparatory work where required and cleaning/making good around sun shelters as specified (ag) Construction joint filled with polyurethane sealing compound to the extent required due to cutting and reconstruction of hardstanding. (ah) Marking on tarmac needs to be done after construction as per the requirement.

Sch 'A' Part - VI : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. Supply and fix Anti bird net UV black in colour fixed in underneath of roof as shown on drawings made of material Polyolefin all weather proof co-polymer of machine knotting using CNC machines with DSLS technology for anti slip knotting, heat setting should be steam set for greater dimensional stability and knot firmness and diameter of the twine is 1mm and the size of mesh 25x25mm(+/-2mm) of square mesh and should achieve twine breaking strength of 16 kgf min, MBS (Mesh breaking strength) 12 Kgf and KBS (Knot Breaking strength) 22 Kgf min fixed including all fixing arrangements complete all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Making circular hole of dia 200 mm and depth 50 mm into M40 concrete, cut to shape using concrete by DCH 300 of HILTI DD 200 machine (water cooled), making holes 2 Nos of dia 24 mm and depth 200 mm using TE 70 combi hammer, grouting the holes with HILTI HY 150 injection chemical for 2 holes (Approx 100 ml per hole) & fixing of inverted U shaped 20 mm dia round bars (Mooring Ring) with a minimum of 200 mm anchorage into concrete and filling up the circular portion of 200 mm dia after grouting the re-bar using solid grout with high flow non-shrink cementious grout "conbextra" after applying a bonding coat using 'Nito Bond EP' as per manufacturer's instructions including 80 mm outer dia ring made out of 16 mm MS round bar fixed into U shaped 20 mm dia bars and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer to exposed surfaces of round bars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and Fix Flame Proof rotary type switch, IP 65, made with die cast aluminium, LM6 of zone - 1&2 gas / vapour group IIA & IIB, 10 Amp single pole ON/OFF complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Flame Proof rotary type switch, switch socket, IP 65, made with die cast aluminium, LM6 of zone - 1&2 gas / vapour group IIA & IIB, & plug combined 16 A, 250 V(2P+Earth) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Flame Proof rotary type switch, switch socket, IP 65, made with die cast aluminium, LM6 of zone - 1&2 gas / vapour group IIA & IIB, & plug combined 25 A, 250 V(2P+Earth) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Flame proof MCB DB double door, 200Amps rated bus bar, neutral link earth TPN 4 Way 415 Volts incoming MCB 100 Amps TPN -01 No and MCB SP 16 Amps 10 KA outgoing -12 Nos all as directed. Make Flame proof DB Cat No FCP -60005R of Baliga/Sudhir/Flexpro or its equivalent in approved make listed here in after.

Supply and fix Flame proof Junction box IP 65 made with die cast aluminium LM6 of zone - 1&2 gas / vapour group IIA & IIB, dia 120 x 70H complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Fire resistant / heat resistant LED high bay lighting fitting 200W, lumen efficency not less than 140 Lumens/Watt including necessary wiring, 230 volts AC supply 50 Hz 10 kv SPD fire resistant housing suitable for with connected brackets for mounting on shelter with proper clamping securing with nut and bolts on shelter all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Flame proof bulk head fitting Beacon (FLASHING ) Light capacity 5 W LED ( To Be used with Red LED Bulb) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED aviation obstruction light with IP 66 protection water clear poly carbonate UV stabilized dome neoprane rubber with bind spike with 302 Nos LED bulbs including necessary electric connections including 2.5 Sqmm, 2 core, PVC conduit from DB to light fitting fixed in and including GI pipe 25 mm dia 1 mtr long grouted with PCC complete / binding with existing angle frame etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated type of size 100 x 50 mm made out of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet fixed in PEB structure by providing MS angle 40 x 40 x 5 mm, clamps etc including fittings like bend, tee and making good the disturbed portion and matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and lay fly ash bricks sub class B brick for cable protection size 23x11.5 x7.5cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Design, Supply, installing testing and commissioning factory fabricated outdoor type double door, totally enclosed LT cubicle auto main failure (AMF) suitable with busbar having capacity of 400Amps (3-Ph, N), conforming to relevant IS and protection class IP-65, dust, vermin and weather proof fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, mounted on 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame, duly welded in shape and coated with two coats powder coated including necessary grouting of legs 300mm deep in ground in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, panel base to be 500mm above ground level with suitable compartments for controls and Monitors including cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables, locking arrangement, including accommodating, necessary internal panel wiring with suitable size of Copper wire PVC insulated & sheathed multi stranded complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge including Supply and fixing the following :-

Material and labour for Boring of holes up to 4.5 mtrs in depth in any type of soil, under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique with horizontal directional drilling method and necessary plant & machineries including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure with all fittings with accessories, necessary butt fusion welding etc, required at site for drawing of any size of UG cables all as specified and as directed Note:- (a) Necessary permission if required for boring of holes under road/hard standing /PTT/ run way/ taxi track from appropriate department/authorities and make good the things if any damage caused due to this deems to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for cable indicator oval shaped of size 200x150x6mm thick made out of CI or MS with letter embossed as " LT UG cable " fixed to 25 x 25 x 6 mm MS angle iron 450 mm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and including two coats of blue colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer on exposed steel surface all as specified and as directed.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free grounding solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 mtr length and 17.2mm dia with 250 micron (average) molecularly bounded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL 467 including suitable copper earth termination clamp alongwith back fill compound of 3X25 kgs strictly of carbon based conductive concrete type, have a fixed carbon content of more than 99% and resistivity of less than 0.12 ohm per mtr, standard back fill compound should be electrically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction, size of bore 80 to 100 mm dia, 12 feet depth, including provision of earth pit cover made of heavy duty polyplastic and earth inspection cover made of high grade polypropylene of size top dia 250mm , bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm dia, with Cap complete all as specified and directed. Note : 20 x 3 mm copper strip for loop/inter connection between earth pits will be measured separately.

Supply and fix epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40 mm height for fixing copper earth strip on wall/ceiling /floor /poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.
