Material and labour for. lifting and lowering of submersible pump set 30/40 HP capacity and of size 80/100mm bore of dia with flanged column pipe ( each length of column pipe not more than 3 mtr ) maximum depth of submersible pump not more than 150mtr by opening the column pipe after removing old burnt / rusted nut bolts, washers including replacement of rubber gasket and nut bolts and washer etc, complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling and step opening of unsv booster/ centrifugal pump set of capacity 40 HP and segrigated all serviceable and unserciveable parts, kept at site for re use after repair/ replacement and maintenance of pumps set by replacing of impeller, bushes, bearing and other required parts of suitable size and making the pump serviceable including servicing, cleaning,greasing, overhauling,re-alignment with lock, key, nut, bolts,washers etc. and reassembling the same after testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and step opening of unsv booster/ centrifugal pump set of capacity 50 HP and segrigated all serviceable and unserciveable parts, kept at site for re use after repair/ replacement and maintenance of pumps set by replacing of impellar, bushes, bearing and other required parts of suitable size and making the pump serviceable including servicing, cleaning,greasing, overhauling, re-alignment with lock, key, nut, bolts,washers etc. and reassembling the same after testing complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/maint of unsv submersible motor 30 to 40 HPfrom bore well and dismantling and strip opening of 3 phase 415 volt, 2900 rpm at site in presence of JE/Engineer-in-charge for checking complete carrying motor to workshope for repair of motor ,dismentling and step opening to complete of under mentioned capacity, and segrigate all serviceable parts and kept at site for reuse and rewinding with PVC insulated supper quality water proof copper winding wire of suitable size/gauge and nos of turns incl replacing insulated material varnish, drying and submersible cable for connection from motor to out side up to 1.5 mtr length and reassembling including testing at site on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE 95 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade,cross section area are as under of Make- polycab/KEI/RPG including disconnecting and taking out old unsv LT/AB cable.Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply and laying for 80 mm bore dia of Galvanised iron tubing "Medium grade" laid in trench, walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings such as tees,bend,elbows,sockets reducer ,nipples and union including taking out old unserviceable GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out faulty U/G cable off size by removing PCC covers or bricks of any specification for replacing the same with new LT U/G cable as mentioned in item Nos. Item No 8 to 15 all specified and as directed.

Supply, laying in replacement of LT U/G cable with aluminum conductor heavy duty armoured with GI strips 1100 volt grade of size 3.5 core 300 Sq mm per IS specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Replacement of ACSR conductor steel re-inforced of any size on pole including binding wire and line taps of appropriate size & type complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC line phase separators for over head line LT conductor of any size suitable to stand 1100 volts to maintain the required spacing between 5 conductors complete all as per site requirement and all as directed.

Taking down unsv outdoor LT panel with MCCB after disconnecting the electric supply and keeping in safe custody for giving credit to the contractor all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with topedge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm dia protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia, 20 mm medium grade for watering with funnel including test point up to 7.5 meter from earth pit, common salt, charcoal dust and connected to panel bd/DB by means of bolts and nuts washers made out of GI all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I including necessary earth work and excavations in any type of soil PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm dia both ways with MS hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete a as specified.

Taking down Aluminium TPN busbar/Changeover any size and any capacity after disconnecting the electric supply and keeping in safe custody for giving credit to the contractor all as specified.

S&F in replacement of off load changeover switch in sheet metal enclosure four pole 100 Amps capacity suitable for 415 volt, 50 Hz with side operating handle complete with connected fixing arrangement switches, fastness, gutties etc. for fixing the same on wall / panel etc all as specified and directed.
