Improvement/Upgradation of road at Khalifapora road Khanyar by way of Cement Concrete (Balance Portion)

Taking out of GEOTAGGED photographs of size 150mm x 100mm at site before execution of work, during execution and after completion of work including submitting the same to the engineer incharge.

Dismantling of flexible pavement (BT) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material beyond SMC limits as per directions of engineer incharge complete.

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and inequalities, not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of the rubbish beyond SMC limits in all kinds of soils including all its leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs & carriages etc., complete.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load (if any) cost and carriage of material involved complete.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level in grade 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size (Crushed) including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs and carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. using grade “A” sealing compound complete.

Steel work in built up tabular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying readymix primer two or more coats of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers complete in all respects with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs and carriages complete.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal form work for foundation, footings bases of columns blocks etc. complete.

Raising of manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the same as required complete.

Providing, laying and placing in position 50mm dia PVC pipes of (Prince Make or eq.) of Class Type-B including all fixtures/ fittings and connecting the same to drains including trench excavation, leveling in desired slope, refilling the material as directed by site incharge complete.
