Scope of Work/Technical Specifications: AMC for maintenance and repair of Air Conditioning system fitted in 23 nos. CAT make Equipment ( 4 nos. CAT777D converted water tankers, 15 Nos CAT 7777E dumpers, 02 nos. CAT D11T Dozer, 1 no. CAT 14M Motor Grader and 1 no. 992K Wheel Loader ) at Nigahi Project for one year The detail scope of work as follows: (1) To make operative the Air Conditioning system fitted in Operator cabin of 23nos. CAT equipments (4 Nos. CAT 777D Dumper, 15 Nos CAT 777E Dumpers, 02 Nos. CAT 11T Dozer, 01 CAT 14M Motor Grader and 01 No. CAT 992K Pay Loader) at Nigahi Project at beginning of the contract. The spares parts required if any will be provided by NCL except Compressor oil and refrigerant. Manpower and technical supervision to be provided by M/s GMMCO Ltd. (2) One year period (365 days) for each equipment will be counted separately from the date from which the cabin AC of Operator cabin become operative. 3) To carry out Periodic and schedule inspection and maintenance of Entire Air Conditioning system by team consisting of system specialist with a helper as per check list and OEM recommendation. 4) Refilling and top up of Refrigerant and compressor oil as and when required to maintain proper cooling in Operator cabin of Equipment. This includes :- (i ) Leakage test with Nitrogen at every point by means of applying soap solution. (ii) Vacuum formation in the system by means of Vacuum pump. (iii) Compressor oil filling as per requirement of system. (iv) Refrigerant charging (R134A) with adjustment of high and low pressure cut-offs. 5) To attend and rectify any break down/ repair within 08 hours after being informed by SMS / email/ on their registered mobile no /email. etc. 6) To assist in planning and procurement of spares for maintenance and repair of stocking at our end. 7) Refrigerant used should comply recommendation of Govt. agency from time to time. Note-Compressed Air for cleaning purpose of job, Water & Electricity if required for doing the job covered under AMC will be provided by NCL. Spares will be provided/supplied departmentally except Refrigerant and Compressor oil, which has to be provided by contractor.

Charges for AMC for A/C system of 4 nos. CAT777D converted water tankers, 15 Nos CAT 7777E dumpers, 02 nos. CAT D11T Dozer, 1 no. CAT 14M Motor Grader and 1 no. 992K Wheel Loader as per scope of work including labour charges, charges for Refrigerant, compressor oil, tools tackles, profit, cmpf/pf charges etc. at Nigahi Project, NCL.
