Taking down shutters of any description n.exc 1.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made uPVC white colour fixed louvered window with/without exhaust provision made of outer frame 60x55mm having wall thickness of 2.2 +/- 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame with necessary mullion brackets of zinc alloy. Outer frame, mullion/transome extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.20 +/- 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from cold roll forming process of required length (shape size according to uPVC profile), TPE/EPDM gasket, fixed louver components, G.I fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, profile of transome/ mullion shall be mitred cut and fixed to frame with necessary mullion brackets of zinc alloy including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Louver blades should be of pin headed glass of thickness not less than 3.55 mm shall also be deemed included in quoted rates and no extra payment will be made separately. (ii) For uPVC frame and mullion/transome extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (iii) Window shall be of Make:- NCL Veka/ Prominance/ Duroplast as approved by GE

S&F of factory made uPVC white colour three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S 304 wire mesh (two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of outer frame 104x45mm and sash 39x58mm both having wall thickness of 2.2 +/- 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.20 +/- 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from cold roll forming process of required length (shape size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, TPE/EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy/SS body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless GI/steel screws etc. Profile of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gate etc with ends of bars & plates souldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron dors ladders framed balusters walkways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mmx 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reiforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 105X60mm pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete as specified made out of 1.25mm thick MS Sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 125X60mm pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate etc complete as specified made out of 1.25mm thick MS Sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of door frames of pressed steel and in bed blocks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought , framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel, PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as shown in SSR-2004 Part - II, specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 35 mm thick Second class hardwood rail & style plain framed pannelled door shutter (two pannel) with lock rail & pannel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made 35 mm thick, Second class hardwood glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with out sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or roundeed, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a): and fixing complete to chowkats all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm X 300mm X 7mm thick in vertical surface, set and jointed over and including 10 mm thick rendering even and rough in CM1:4 for backing of tiles, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description including PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of thickness not less than 3 mm having thermal insulation with white plain or aluminium colour coating on upper side of membrane uniformely embedded during manufacturing process complete all as per following specifications:- (a) 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and incl water profofing compound @3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage / leakages etc. if any seepage is oberved the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaired the slab will be tested for water tightness aginst before processing further treatments. (b) The surface of the roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc. over which water profing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matters such as fungus, mass, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets the grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment as pipes, chimney stacs etc. and other similar situations to ease up about corners. (c) Bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (d ) Bitumen grade 85/25 grade ,applied hot two coats to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5 kg per sqm per coat. (e) APP modified water proofing membrene as specified shall be laid on the primer surface by torch application method as per manufacturers instructions, The overlaps while torching shall be 100 mm in both directions(longititudinal and transverse directions). All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermofusing both the membrene layers and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as monolithic layer. (f) All joints & changes in direction should be curved with cement motor 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml per beg of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. (g) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of 100 mm x 100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners /junctions should be rounded.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified size 605x605 mm using 24 x 38 x 0.50mm (composite thickness) tee (bottom pre-coated) and 24 x 24 x 0.50mm (composite thickness) wall angle incl Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specifiedas per manufacturers instruction as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing gypsum board of 12mm thick as in false ceiling fixed with screw or at aluminium snap grid frame work as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed as approved by GE.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks, lintels, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, kerbs, coping, benching and like etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of unservicable lime concrete of any type and in position from sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken surfaces of slab including in following sequence complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Slope correction providing PCC 1:1.5:3 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, average thickness 25mm mixed graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound "DITCHTMENT DM' manufactured by Dr fixit Pidiproof LW+ of M/s Pidilite Industries or STP No 1 (Liquid) of M/S STP Ltd as approved by GE, in proportions as suggested by manufacturer. (b) Applying evenly a priming coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.7 Kg per Sqm on prepared surfaces. (c) Applying evenly a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.5kg/sqm on the primer surfaces. (d) Laying 150 micron thick black polythence film on the suface with 10mm overlaps sealed and bounded the surface. (e) Applying evenly a coat of hot bown of grade 85/25 @ 1.5 kg per sqm on the surfaces. (f) 48 hrs testing of treatment for water thightness by ponding of water.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete in sunken floor and similar work complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches, floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches, floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.
