PART "A" Repairing and Renovation work (Based on PWD BUILDING BSR 2022)

Pointing on stone masonry in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) :Raised and cut pointing.

Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead:

Of area 3 square meter and below.

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :

25 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:

New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer.

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)painting two coats of coal tar to sides of chaukhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Door chowkhats

Yellow/pink colour wash with Khameera mixed with pigment including making gola garden, Kangoora and ornamental lining work as per aprroved Jaipur style and pattern complete in all respest as per direction of Engineer in Charge

On old Surface ( 3 coats)

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water profing compound Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.Extra if square,rectangular hollow tubelar sections are used or grill made by flats only

Grinding of existing floor with

60, 80, 120 and 360 No. Carborundum stone including cost of wax polishing complete :

Add extra for mirror polishing on existing marble work/ Kota stone flooring work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Washing floor with soda, soap or other cleaning material.

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-voilet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall confoim to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified.

P & F Low level Flushing Cistern of 10 litres capacity (IS : 2556 mark) of approved make with complete fittings C.I. brackets duly painted, brass ball cock with ball (IS: 1703 mark) complete including cutting and making good the wall:

PVC with PVC bend as per IS : 7231 .

P & F PVC Storage Tank ISI Marked (IS : 12701) indicating the BIS license No), of approved make with cover, 25mm dia 1M long G.I. over-flow pipe & 25 Cm. long wash out pipe with plug & socket, including making connection etc., complete of approved design:

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Part “B” ELECTRIC WORKS(RUIDP SOR 2022)

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. For specification of copper Conductor, Phenolic Laminated sheet's & Electrical/ Wiring accessories refer Chapter E - 04, E - 05 & E - 07 . Light plug point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade(IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal of required size, 6 A switch, 3/5 pin 6 A socket, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper,, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( <10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A or C ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4, , in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge,making connections, etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A"

S&F following sizes of ISI marked ( IS:14927 P - II ) UPVC casing capping as per PWD specification for electrical Works along with all accessories like coupler, inner, outer, elbow, square box, tee, end cap etc. on surface with screws, expansion fasteners , All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. 25 mm x 12 mm

Providing & Fixing of surface/recessed type 10 mm thick wood board duly antitermite treated, varnished and fixed by using gutties/ PVC fasteners of following size as required.
