Complete rewinding of 15 HP, 3 phase, Submersible motor of 2900 RPM by way of using insulated copper wire of suitable wire gauge and quantity, after extraction of damaged winding and testing of motor at site. The job includes following sub-jobs as under: Carriage of motor from site to workshop by using private transport and dismantling of motor at workshop and back to site after carrying out necessary repairs
Extraction of burnt out/ damaged coils from stator and cleaning of slots etc.
Providing of insulated copper wire of required gauge.
Complete rewinding of submersible motor using skilled labour, tools and tackles etc.
P/F of insulting, material like lethroid paper, bamboo sticks, tapping etc.
Providing & fitting of racer plate after dismantling of damaged one.
