SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AT CERTAIN BLDGS OF CARRIAPPA ENCLAVE UNDER GE PANAGARH

Taking down existing roof felt or any other roof treatment including plaster of any description carefully from existing roof /parapet without disturbing wall surface and removing the same at a distance exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed. including rwashing down with water to remove dust, foreign items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 40 mm (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding concrete on roof all as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete in Cement sand Mortar 1:3 mixing with WPC compound as per manufacture instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifiec and directed. (Note :- WPC will measuered and paid separatly under relevant item of schedule.)

M & L for providing water proofing treatment with a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (minimum), weighing not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm reinforced with polymer non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/ Sqm) shall be applied over one coat of cold bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr/ Sqm ( membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, complete all as specified and directed .( Note: The overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethane(PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over and including one coat of self priming primer @ one litre per 10 sqm with reinforced fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instructions to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : As per description of this item, minimum two cots of Polyurethane (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over one coat of primer shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instruction. Please note no price adjustment shall be made, if as per manufacturer's instrucions more coats of Polyerethane (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound and primer are required for roof treatment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included for work in building/struture of any height. (iii) To be applied by authorised applicator.

M&L for cement concrete M-15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding mixed with approved Nanotechnology based Elastomeric Hydrophobic Powder/admixture (EHP) @ 1% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

M&L for Water Proofing treatment comprising of the following course of teatment and as diected a) Surface Preparation - Mild Chipping of the surface, Open the cracks by making ‘V’ groove, filling cracks with Nano Crack Filler. b) Providing and applying Nano Water Base Water Proof compound one coat after surface preparation using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing rate above 98% and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 75degree , permeable type with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 60 micron DFT. c) Apply two coats Nano carbon fiber based Nano Bond coat (base4: hardener 1) ratio d) Providing and applying Nano Barrier Coat Paint/ Nano Water Base Water Proof Paints 2 coats over screed concrete using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750 , with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 60 micron DFT per coat.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.
