Supply and fix second class hard wood plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, sectional area exceeding 13 sq.cm & not exceeding 25 sq.cm , clean sawn , secured with nails or brads all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 6 mm thick plywood, grade BWR type BB fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling, flat or sloping etc including taking down old one with fillets all as specified and directed. NOTE New Fillets shall be measured and paid separately

Preparation of new or untreated surfaces of wood and wood based of any description, not otherwise described for, exceding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (w/o taking off shutters from the frame) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (w/o taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 but n exc n.exc 4 Sqm each including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ beading in square n exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane .

Supply and fix factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing

Material & Labour for providing second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick second class hardwood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skeleton window and ventilator shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with sash bars), with stiles and rails,edges of framing plain,chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including formwork.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as directed

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing new untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint etc all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floors finished rough to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing Vitrified Ceramic tiles(light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including 10 mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over & including 20 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:6, lad and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar fixed over and including 10 mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing 80 mm thick M-40 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment any shape and size laid over and including 50mm thick crushed stone sand cushioning all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 mm x 300 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of old tiles complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using (20 mm graded stone aggregates) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection of building finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary construction joint not exc 2.5m centre to centre, filling with mastic complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore of pipe steel water tubing and connections including refixing the same in new or old position including cleaning all as specified and directed
