Design of building in single storey sloped roof with minimum height at inner side 4.20 m from FFL and outer dimensions of building is 26.43 mtrs X 6.09 mtrs as per plan attached in MES standard pattern and as required and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Note : (i) Design calculations for the structure are to be provided in Hard / Soft copy (ii) All Structural drawings duly marked with reinforcement details and other dimensions are to be submitted in triplicate. (iii) 03 Set of Stuctural Drawings of Footing, Column, Beam, Slab etc in A0 size sheet are to be suppplied and soft copy shall be submitted by AUTOCAD file .Grade of concrete to be mentioned. (iv) The rates are including all taxes (v) Incase of design is caried out by private consultant the same shall be vetted from Govt Engineering college / NIT/ IIT. (vi) Any other detail required for execution of the work will also be submitted Note : Architectural drawings and soil bearing capacity report are attached.

Detailed item rate estimation(BOQ) for single storey building as per MES standad pattern (Pre Pricing as per SSR 2020 & Market rate ) with soft copy in excel format and 03 set of hard copy shall be submited by the consultant.
