GENP-58/2020-21 REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (AF) PALAM DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster, concrete padding etc of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming , wire brushing including removing the debrish from site to out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness,including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing the same from site to outside of MOD land all specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs laid dry or with cement mortar complete all specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick ( average thickness) cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) in roof padding / levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bedding on fair faces of concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement and using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction over roof complete.( Note :- Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately) .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) all as directed. Make : Dr Fixit or its equivalents.

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fitting heads, shoes, bends swan -necks complete as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone,concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including suitable MS clamp after every one meter of interval duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of radius 110mm dia fixed to PVC pipe complete.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capicity exc 500 & n. exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc hoisting if required re-connecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-Charge . (Note :- The cost of necessary GI nipple of any size, long threaded barrel nipple shall be inclussive in the quoted unit rate of the item).

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime or cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B, brick, straight or curved on plain eexceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M& L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified.

Re-fixing 20 mm bore steel tubing including all fitting and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc ) complete all as specified.

Re-fixing 15 mm steel tubing including all fitting and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling, floors etc ) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surface of roof / Chajja by removal of undulation with polymer mortar , cracks (other than hair cracks ) filing by cutting it into "V' groove and fill it with polymer mortar made out of Shali crete/ Liquidcrete, a single component multifunctional acrylic polymer having solid content 29% of Make STP cement and coarse sand in the ratio of 1:2:5 and finally having a cement mortor plaster of (1:6) premixed with STP No 1/ Liquiplas LW+ of IWL India Ltd./Shaliplast LQ + of STP or equavalent of average thickness of 20mm and finished with coving at all junction wherever there is a change of direction complete all as specified and as directed . ( Note : Polmer mortar crack filler shall be measured and paid seperarely).

M&L for Application of Primer coat with mix of shali crete of STP/ liquicrete of IWL India Ltd , a single component multifunctional acrylic polymer equivalent as above in item No.19 and cement in 1:2 ratio and applying @ 1Kg sqm of the mix and allow into dry for 3 to 4 hrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing & laying in non-accessible roof, chajja, parapet etc of first coat of shali urethene BTD / IWL India Ltd liquithene BTD water based single component white coloured poly urethene liquid membrane having solid content over 80% service temperature from Minus 20 deg C to + 100 deg C, Zero VOC content and with excellent UV stability conforming to ASTM C 836 and 6083 of make STP / IWL India Ltd / TEXPUR of Texsa / Hyperdenso of Alchimica / New flex of WR grace using @ 1 kg per sqm and laying ShaliGeo Text 50 or ShaliGeo Text Nylon/ glass fiber net with an overlap of 50mm on both directions and ceiling over lap joint fully while the surface is tacky and allow to dry for 10 to 12 hrs , thereafter applying second coat of Shali urethne BTD / IWl liquithene BTD @1 kg per sqm saturating the reinforcement and allow it to cure for over night , all deck slab parapet are to be coated and terminated at the outer surface of parapet complete . Note:- (a) Rate shall include for necessay scafolding wherever required (b) Each step must be approved by Engr in chage & GE before proceeding to next step complete all as specifed and directed. (c) The contractor shall submit 10 (Ten) year guarantee for roof treatment and deposit FDR in favor of Accepting Officer against security for the same for 10 (Ten) years against item No 19 to 23 of BoQ.

M&L for Providing a separation layer with 200 GSM non woven GEO texttile with and overlap of 50mm on both direction and spot seal it to avoid displacment, finaly a slip layer of 200 micro polythine sheet with an overlap and spot stick the overlap before PC complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20 mm bore Galvanised iron tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete.

M&L for 15 mm bore Galvanised iron tubing, medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete.

M&L for preparations of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs rounded or chamferedon edges complete.

Dismantling existing water tanks of capacity from 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs complete.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white colour, 3- layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS 12701 and fixed in position of 500 ltrs capacity including 20 mm dia brass ball valve,high pressure,with polythene float and flynuts complete.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white colour, 3- layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS 12701 and fixed in position of 750 ltrs capacity including 20 mm dia brass ball valve,high pressure,with polythene float and flynuts complete.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white colour, 3- layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS 12701 and fixed in position of 1000 ltrs capacity including 20 mm dia brass ball valve,high pressure,with polythene float and flynuts complete.

M & L for Gunniting work to RCC work as in beam, column, lintel, slab, walls,flooring, pardi, railing etc by removing loose concrete cover etc, cleaning thoroughly exposed surface with wire brush and applying epoxy/ anti corrisive paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric or wire net not less than size 95mm x 95 mm x 3 mm dia wire & binding with 22 guage mild steel (annealed) binding wire to reinforcement, adhesive plaster grade for concrete and providing guniting pressure 2.00/2.5 kg per sqm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part of sand with average thichness 40 mm and making the surface even including rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to match with the existing surfaces, removing the debris from site to outside MD land including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement for guniting work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The finishing of surface shall be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately as supply only).

M&L for preparations of newly plastered surfaces on wall/ceiling/chajja etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of wall primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
