S &F building security light IP 66 luminaire with high power LED of 25 watt with toughened glass complete with suitable GI for security light fitting fixing to wall/column & electrical connection to the light fitting providing 1.5 mtr long twin core round copper conductor cable of suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB of capacity 125 Amp, FP, 415 volt, short circuit breaking capacity not less than 16KA , thermal magnetic trip, setting 80-100%, Icu-100% Ics confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc , MCCB fixing in new DB or the existing DB/Panel including making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- DB shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ of above item.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 63 Amps, 10 KA 'B' curve 230 V AC, 50 Hz including necessary attachment including taking down old unserviceable MCB SPN, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix of exhaust fan 250mm sweep made of study engineering plastic complete with louvers ,voltage 230V,50Hz,RPM 1200 copper winding of sweep 250mm and making suitable hole on wall and its finishing of cement work all included in the item rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Taking down ceiling fan from site and keep in safe custody /store for reuse the same location after the wiring work. Before install the same will be new spray painted as per existing coy made colour all as directed.Note:- If any damages of fan and its connected acessories at the time of transportation and dismantling the contractor will response to be repair /replace all as per existing size and make.

Hanging only ceiling fan after completion of wiring work refixing the same location (the item retrieved from item No 34 Above).Provision of connection wires and fixing arrangements are included in the quoted rate and fan must be refix after spray painting work all as directed.

Supply and fixing internet cable Cat 5 e & wires and fixing arrangements including suitable PVC conduit and laying arrangements as per advice from the principal KV No4 and as directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :- Type of cable - A Cat 5e cable is the current standard. This standard Ethernet cable is able to support internet plans with speed up to 1000 Mbps and helps get rid of unwanted transfer of signal between the cables to a stronger connection.

Supply and fixing loud speaker connection cable 16, gauge, (4 AWG) suitable for existing amplifier capacity 500-1000 watts RMS including its laying arrangements and PVC as per advice from the principal KV No4 and as diected by Engr-in- charge.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and GI washers earth plate surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe medium bore GI pipe light grade connected to funnel heavy wire mesh for watering purpose and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of galvanised earth wire from earth plate upto 7.5 metre and connecting to , main switch board including 10mm thick cast iron cover angle iron frame and PCC 1:2:4 type B-I for concrete pit, including necessary excavation and earth works etc , as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part - I of 1991 and testing on including taking out old unserviceable earthing completion all as specified. Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI strip 24x4mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washersand including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover and (including steel for cover) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
