Day to day maintenance of garden/plantation within the campus and outside the campus (Between Boundary wall of Administrative Complex Building and Colony Road) of Administrative Complex Building, Govindpura, Bhopal (Period 03.10.2019 to 02.10.2020).

Day to day maintenance, safe guarding and watch and ward of garden developed within the campus and outside the campus of Administrative Complex Building, at Govindpura, Bhopal as shown in enclosed drawing shaded with pink colour for a period of 12 months i/c daily irrigation of entire area regular deweeding, grass cutting machanically, showing and planting of hybrid seasonal flower plants (excluding the cost of seasonal plants) regular fumigation, fungycides and antitermite, providing and spreading cowdug manure and other organic manure, proper cutting/shaping of plants as required i/c all T&P, labours, cowdug manure, other organic manure and pesticides etc., but excluding the cost of plants, saplings etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. [Approx. Area for Plantation - 1500 Sqm) (1 Month work = 1 Job) NOTE: In case of any Negligence, Deficiency, Lacking or damage is observed by Engineer-in-charge of work in day to day maintenance i.e. Negligence in workmanship of Gardener, Lacking in Providing and Spreading of manure, Deficiency in quantity of manure spreaded and any damage in plant etc. The Engineer-in-charge will have the right to engage Gardener, Providing & spreading of manure and replacement of damaged/dead plant and the expenditure incurred in any of the above activity plus 10% penalty will be recovered from contractors payment.
