S&F in repairs, stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed to steel frames with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples, or fixed to wooden frames with first class hard wood bead, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove small vegitation/grass/mud/dust, etc on top of chajja/roof projection/roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerb,benching and like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on roof or wall surfafes in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction @ 3% by weight of of cement on concrete surfaces,finished even and fair without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, including wire brushing sweeping, cleaning, washing down to remove all loose dust etc. and preparing roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete in chajjas, water troughs, etc type B-1 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as chajjas,roof/floor slabs and simillar work n.exc 200mm thick rough finished flat concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending sprillay for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including Mild steel wire (annealled) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 22335.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 112 & 113 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
