COMMON ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR JOB 'A' & 'JOB 'B':-

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in,including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable with locally available dry sand (for protection of cable) 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover ,punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned thickness of sand i.e 18 cm shall be considered for measurement purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching,coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles or as per site requirement with necessary plastering work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable cable any type/size from trenches,pole, road,duct etc including necessary joints,U/S fittings and pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old rusted pipe and material and labour for 50 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, including Flat Iron clamps=02 Nos of size 50x6mm, with nut bolt and washers complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No-10.00 here-in-before but of size 70 sqmm 3.5core.

Disconnecting and taking out old rusted pipe and M&L 80 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc, including Flat Iron clamps=02 Nos of size 50x6mm, with nut bolt and washers complete all as specified & directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR JOB 'B'

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete in foundation of poles and stay assembly for bed concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete in foundation of stay assembly and pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable RCC Poles upto pole bottom i.e 1.5 mtr depth with the help of crane including PCC of any type any size and removal from site and thrown out from HQTC area and making good to disturbed area with filling of soil ,levelling,removal of extra soil and PCC as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note- Labour, T&P, Crane ,Earth work and PCC shall be included in the quoted rate for this item.

Supply, installation and erection of steel tubular swaged welded poles of length 9.0 m complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 300mmx300mm at bottom duly welded and MS pole cap at top, poles shall made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-1161 part-II, type 410 SP -31(9.0m long) pole weight not less than 147 kg including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms/clamps, poles shall be painted internally throughout using anti corrosive black bituminous paint and externally painted with two coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint for expose surface and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete,painting three alternative layer of each black and yellow paints at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, writing pole no. with black paint in yellow paint circle 10cm dia at suitable height complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Pole drawing shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before fabrication. (b) Length of section, outside dia and thickness of section and weight of pole and all other specification should be as per SSR Part-I 410 SP-31 9 mtr (c) Any wire, any type cable, any type box, CCTV camera, any type street light fitting, poster,picture or any items fixed with RCC pole will be taken down carefully and safely and refixed with new Steel pole in same position in quoted rates. No extra payment shall be made for this.

Disconnecting and taking out old rusted/ unserviceable light fitting’s bracket incl FI clamps of any description and in any position and supplying and fixing brackets made out of 50 mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.50 mtr long bent to shape and size as per site requirement for fixing of street light fitting on poles/ walls including new Flat Iron clamps=02 Nos of size 50x6mm made to shape incl nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable PVC cable loop box and supplying and fixing with pole PVC cable loop box, size not less than 200 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm, out door type, IP 65 including 4 Nos aluminum bus bar of size 25mmx5mm mounted on porcelain insulators with one MCB SP 6 amps 230 volts connected to street light fitting sub main wire and using FI clampsof size 20mm x3 mm for fixing of PVC cable loop box with pole,including nuts,bolts & washers and connecting the cables to bus bars with using suitable size GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc and complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring from street light fitting to junction box with two single core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated ,unsheathed , FRLS multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable in and including heavy grade PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia ISI marked broken white or of cream colour with all accessories such as tee,bend,joint cover etc, screws, gutti / rawl plugs PVC all as per site requirements including fixing on street light pole with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated,unsheathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as a continuous earth wire all as specified and colour coding of cables such as Phase- Red, Neutral-Black, and Earth-Green complete all as specified & directed. Note-Two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core cable and one run of 1.5 sqmm earth wire including PVC conduit 25 mm dia together shall be measured as one unit.

S&F Digital Multi function time switch with programmable fuction with battery backup and current carring capacity 16 Amps with 1 changeover including takingout the unserviceable time switch, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply,installation,commisioning and testing out door type factory made LT panel of size not less than length-1.50 mtr,height- 1.8 mtr and width- 0.5 mtr made out of mild steel CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick with angle iron frame of size 50mm x50mmx6mm for mounting and 0.5 mtr above ground level with canopy top,two side ventilators,front and back openable hinges, double door shutters with locking arrangement (including 65 mm Godrej Freedom lock with 03 Nos key), weather & vermin proof IP 66 suitable for operation on 440 volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire AC supply including 500 Amp aluminium bus bar 4 nos mounted on hygroscopic insulators and separate aluminium bus bar chamber for incoming and outgoing feeder, and suitable size aluminium bus bar for connection of all MCCB incoming side from main bus bar and all internal connection of size not less than 4 sqmm copper conductor cable including painted with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on out side surface and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on internal surfaces and providing necessary foundation/plateform of the LT panel with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 including connection of all incoming and outgoing cables with provision of lugs and cable gland for housing and including with the following fitment accessories complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The LT Panel shall be CPRI approved. (ii) Panel drawing must be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before fabrication. (iii) Aluminium bus bar will be used for MCCB connection for incoming side from main bus bar.(iv) Incoming and outgoing location of all cables on LT panels shall be written with high quality red colour synthetic enamel paint. (v) Excavation required for extra cable connection in new panel incl returning filling & removingshall be included in quoted rates.(vi) The scope of works includes the following incoming and outgoing accessories complete:-

Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole,250 Amps, 415 volt of breaking capacity not less than 50 KA - 01 Nos. (b) On load Changeover switch 415 Volt in open execution 4 pole of capacity 250 Amp- 01 (c) Digital type ammeter composite type with suitable CT -01 No. (d) Indicator lamp LED type set of three(R,Y,B) - 1 No (e) Digital type Voltmeter composite type with ,0-440 Volts -1 No. Outgoing:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole,100 Amps, 415 volt of breaking capacity not less than 16 KA -04 Nos .
