Applying two coats of weather resistant exterior emlusion 100% acrylic @ 1.80 Ltr(undiluted) /10 Sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between two coats, over and including a coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @1.00 Ltr (undiluted) /10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes incl one coat of exterior grade washable acrylic putty with and including irrection and dismantling of Mild Steel double scaffolding to carrying out works up to eight storey building, complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Materials Make : (i) Acrylic water based exterior Primer :- Trucare Exterior Alkali Wall Primer (Asian), Excel Alkali Primer (Nerolac), Exterior Alkali Wall Primer (Dulux). (ii) Exterior Emlusion Paint :- Apex Ultima (Asian), Excel total (Nerolac), Weathershield max guard (Dulux)

Preparation of existing sand dune/ plastered/ brick surfaces of walls, chajjas, parapets etc. by Truecare wall sander: L-01/H-01(Having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, including filling the cracks/ knots/ depression with epoxy crack filling compound of approved grade, removing loose materials after filling the crack complete all as specified and directed. Materials Make Epoxy crack filling compound. Crack Seal (Asian), Perma, Crack Filler (Nerolac), Aqua Tech Crackfiller (Dulux). Note for item No 1 & 2. Working Conditions :- (i) The complete work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of paint manufacturer. (ii) Application of exterior finishes shall be carried out with mechnical grinder, mechnical paint mixer and fully automatic airless and spray painting machine. (iii) Working area shall be covered with green cloths and all window/ ventilators shall be covered properly by polythene/ paper etc before spary painting and cleaning the glass panes after completion of painting work and cost of the same shall deemed to be include in quoted rates. (iv) Cost for provision of double steel scaffoding including errection and dismantling as per site requirment as mentioned here-in-before upto eight storey buildings shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) in 40 mm thick jallis or louvers including all moulding complete and set in cement mortar 1:4 up to four storey building complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down, chipping and removing the loose spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement concrete ,wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface, wash with clean water for removing all rusts from the old reinforcement bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement, cut to lenghts, bend to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia for stregthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of water, or equivalentNitbond SBR (Latex) and cement in ratio (1:1:3) slurry as bond coat after that applying Nitbond SBR or equivalent (Latex), cement and quartz sand mortar in ratio (1:10:30), 40 mm average thick in any number of coats, to provide at least 30mm thick cover to reinforcement, finished the surfaces even and fair including erecting and dismantling steel scafolding for carrying out the work upto height of 6m (approx) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Fosrock/ Dr Fixit/ Sunanda Note :- (i) New reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately (ii) Cost of fixing of new reinforcement by welding/binding with old reinforcement and providing, errecting and dismantling steel scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted ratres. (iii) Only crushed stone quartz sand shall be used for preparation of Nitbond or equivalent SBR (Latex), cement and quartz sand mortar.

(c) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of neoprene beading, lock, rollers, screws, handles, hinges etc., as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight of aluminium section.
