Sch 'A' Part-I B/R Portion:- Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 here-in before but except bricks. NOTE: Old burnt clay bricks retrieved from demolition shall be used.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete in sub base for receiving floor tiles and mass concrete using Type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 Type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floor to receive floor top finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for liquid water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including dismantling of existing roof treatment of any derscription such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as shrubs / roots, fungus, moss, dust including plaster, APP membrane etc. including disposal of debris out of MoD land, in following procedure : (a) Prepare the surface by cleaning with concrete surface grinder / wire brushand a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil and loose particles. Damaged portions, hollow area must be repaired with epoxy mortar and repair crack old concrete by cutting 'V' groove, corners and joints of drain pipes, channels etc. treated with epoxy mortar prepared with epoxy primer (as per manufacturer's instructions). (b) Laying 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof complete. (c) Applying 03 coats of PU Hybrid waterproof coating including priming agent in first coat as per manufacturer's instructions having elongation (strech ability) at break of free film of approx 350% - 400% tensile strength at 14 days of 2.90 MPa and surface reflectance index of 100-110. (d) The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge / Consultant. (Note:- minimum 6 hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained) (e) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Notes:- (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufactuer's instructions. (ii) Ponding test will be carrried out with filling of water for continous 48 hours and if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any additional cost. (iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 350mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE

S&F joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07mm to 08mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

S&F joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07-08 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

S&F joint free non skid Ceramic tiles, coloured 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in vertical/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat/redering in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of tiles complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.& Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqmetre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non abrasive paving (endura) tiles 300mm x 300mm x10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15mm screed bed CM 1:4 to match complete al as specified and directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE

Demolition of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, cooking platform ,chajjas, & similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Demolition will be done only by mechanical cutter only .

M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm area over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 litre/ 10 sqm (weather proof/weather coat) including 1.5mm thick wall care putty without any brush marks on the surface, Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment surface externally of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm area over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 litre/ 10 sqm (weather proof/weather coat) including 1.5mm thick wall care putty without any brush marks on the surface, Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered internally surfaces of wall and applying min 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on the surfaces & making the surface absolutely smooth surface and applying one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) on the surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion finished without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment internally surface of wall and applying min 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on the surfaces and making surface absolutely smooth and applying one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) on the surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion without any brush marks on the surface in any tint including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash without any brush marks on the surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from ceiling surface and applying three coat of white wash on undecorated surfaces without any brush marks on the surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.
