Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC overhead tanks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc.from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refixing in same position after cleaning of tank capacity n exc. 500 ltrs each with and including marking the date of cleaning with white paint & stencil all specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above but exc 500 ltr & n exc 1000 ltrs capacity.

Checking of joinery (wooden/steel) iron/aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of screws/nails, minor adjustment of joinery, door resecuring and door easing etc. including petty repairs material like screws/nails, plug etc. to make it functional. Note: Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items and in that case this items shall not be measured and paid.

S&F in repairs MS conduit pipe bright finished 19/20mm dia as in curtain rod with and including suitable brackets for pelmet box complete set all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs powder coated stainless steel drapery rod of 20 mm inner dia (in lengths as directed) of approved colour with & including decorative bowel at both ends and pair of powder coated mild steel brackets fixed at both ends with PVC rawl plug & steel screws on walls/beam, including PVC curtain rings of matching colour @ 10cm C/C all as specified & as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness/size of any description from steel frame fixed with clips and putty and S&F with 4mm thick ordinary sheet glass fixed with clips and putty complete in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm each pane all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 6.00 above but 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness/size of any description from aluminium/ steel frame and M&L 5.5mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/rubber beading, securing with aluminium cleats in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18mm and fixed tinned tacks or GI wire stampe or nails and screws.

Taking down carefully anodized aluminium doors/windows /ventilators frame including glazed shutters & builder’s hardware complete of any size and any description and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair & replacement of unserviceable components / hardware to make it fully functional complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & fixing of new joining cleat, aluminium beading, glazing clips, rubber packing, stays including cutting of old styles etc & adjusting the same appropriately as directed. (ii) Glazing, new aluminium sections for frame/shutters, builder’s hardware such as handles, hinges, door closure, floor door spring shall be measured & paid for separately.(iii) Loose corner joints of frame & shutters shall be tightened by providing suitable cleats made out of aluminium angle of appropriate size fixed with nut & bolts to make the joints at 90º.

S&F anodized aluminium frame and other sections for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, powder coated of any colour as approved (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, aluminium (die cast) body, universal type (ISI marked) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L in repairs double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty, fixed in repairs, with & including replacement of floor tiles if any broken during repair work and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as directed.
