Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete and masonry portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ disintegrated rock, each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distanc n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in retaining walls, any thinkess, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillers, boundary and post (including caps and bases) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& F for mild steel work post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confiorming to round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality A- or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only chain link fencing, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conform to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for new framed work as in doors or gates of angle Fe-410 W ( Gde-E-250) quality B or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet/ semi corrugated 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws and including dismantling existing roof sheeting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of stone masory surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone masory surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 5cm Sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Jaisalmer stone, (polished) (of any type) 18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone , exc 0 .72 sqm but not exc 1.44 sqm ,including cutting and polishing types in floors and vertical surface including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Jaisalmer stone, without polished (of any type) 18mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone, exc 0 .72 sqm but not exc 1.44 sqm, including cutting and in floors and vertical surface including 20 mm thick CM (1:4) for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Jaisalmer stone for wall cladding (of any type) 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone, exc .0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, including cutting and polishing types in wall including 20 mm thick CM (1:4) for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for ceramic tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 10mm including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
