RequiredAgency is responsible for any damages to the safety measures like fencing & catchpits etc.,

RequiredAgency has to supervise all desilting works regularly duly inspecting the safety arrangements. He has to supervise the concerned area of desilting for ensuring proper fencing along the nalas and closer of the catchpit covers and supervise the labour to wear all safety equipments and suitable precautions.

RequiredAgency should be always available on the phone calls (24 x 7) while desilting work is in progress and agency should communicate his contact details to the department

RequiredThe Agency should follow all the terms and special conditions mentioned in the bid document

RequiredCarting of excavated earth and silt to an average lead of about 23KMts from the Circle-43, Tarnaka, Sec-bad Zone jurisdiction to Jawahar nagar, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
