TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS FOR BUILDING OTHER THAN HOSPITAL BUILDING AT INHS ASVINI AREA UNDER AGE I ASVINI

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained of referred to in the Schedule 'A',Schedule 'B', MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2009 (Part-I)-Specifications together with amendment No 1 to 3 &MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2020 (Part-II)-Rates together with amendment/errata Nos as applicable to the above said schedule,General Conditions of contract IAFW-2249,together with errata 1 to 20 amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents and upon the conditions here in after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule. Note :- (i) The tenderer to insert rate percent at the 2nd row hereinafter under Column '5' of this BOQ Microsoft Excel sheet.(ii) The tenderer shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) at the 2nd row hereinafter and Column '5' of this BOQ Microsoft Excel sheet to quote the percentage above / below MES Schedule of rate Part -II 2020 (rates). (iii) In case any bidder desires to offer rates at par SSR shall insert "0" at the 2nd row hereinafter and column '5' of this BOQ microsoft Excel sheet. (iv) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work shall be priced at rates given in SSR- 2020 (Part-II) and adjusted by the percent quoted by the tenderer on this page.
