Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Drying tumbler of capacity 30 Kg per charge, Electric heated, front loading with fully die pressed door, inner basket, outer drum all stainless steel AISI 304 quality, size of basket min 950 mm dia x 950 mm depth, volume-min 670 ltrs, loading ratio : 1:20, thickness of basket min 1.6mm, structure complete with double walled glass wool insulated 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm thick CRC sheets used & MS plates 5mm to 8 mm thick used, Door made out of dia pressed door MS 2 mm thick PU painted with toughened glass, Electric heating min 24 KW with finned type heaters tubular heating elements used made out of SS Pipes, long life heaters double protection given through digital temperature controller & imported italian thermostat, drain outlet with GI flexible pipe 15 mm dia including suitable size PCC foundation as per manufacturer instruction and electrical connection with suitable size of cable with protection pipe from DB's to Machine complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Hydro extractor machine 30 Kg cap per charge, inner basket and outer drum stainless steel, Basket Size 700 mm dia x 300 mm height made out of Stainless steel AISI 304 quality SS 1.6mm thick highly polished, Outer dum made out of stainless steel 3mm thick with conical balancer to balance the linen, DC injected brake controlled through time delay relay, RPM of basket 1000 RPM, direct drive on motor rubber fubber suspension for self balancing, motor controlled through 6 Nos heavy duty spring complete with suitable digital control panel including suitable size PCC foundation as per manufacturer instruction and electrical connection with suitable size of cable with protection pipe from DB's to Machine complete all as specified and directed. S&F or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, nominal cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core including Brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc and testing complete all as specefied and as directed.

S&F busbar chamber of size 1 mtr x 1 mtr x 0.60 mtr with set of 04 Nos copper busbar 400 Amps rating with indication lamp (R-Y-B), supported with suitable size as per direction, each of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The Chamber shall be fixed 60 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed . Note : Rate for PCC foundation, exc and angle iron frame shall be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 65 mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings such as elbow, bend, tess etc and mounting arrangment in wall / floor for cable protection. Make Dura line /finolex/Tele Rex/REX Polyextrusion

M & L for pole earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to earth lead of wire 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20 mm dia and watering pipe medium grade of 20 mm dia and filled alternate layer of charcoal or coke and salt , watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 connected to earthing test point or as directed by Engr-in-charge all specified and indicated including necessary excavation and earth work in hard / dense soil complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for HT UG cable/pole/stay etc on plan and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 CM thick in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F VTPN distribution board (IP-43) TPN-DPX 125 MCCB with provision of one No MCCB 125 Amps as incomer and SPN/TP MCBs as outgoing double door (metal) type sheet metal enclosure 415V with 200 Amps rated standard busbar of suitable size plate and common neutral link with MCBs with blank plate suitable for 4 way including taking down of old DB complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L & T/ Schneider/ABB/Legrand Note : Rates of MCCB and MCB SPN/SP/TP shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down existing unserviceable Drying tumbler and depositing into AGE E/M Store yard complete all as specified and as directed.
