Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Bidder(Civil Contractor) should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work of value not less than 50 Percent of the amount put to tender during the preceding 5 years from 2018-2024 (work done certificate should be obtained from Government & Recognized Private authority)

GST and IT clearance certificate for the year ending 2018-2024

The annual turnover should be at least equivalent to twice the amount put to tender respectively in any of the two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2018-2019 (Assessment year) The annual turnover of pervious years shall be updated to 2024-2025.(submit detailed IT Returns in that only contract related receipts accepted in the detailed amount mentioned in the IT returns certified by the charted account)

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction worksonly )in each year of Rs. 1.04Crores.
