REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE AND BED HARD STEEL AT AF STATION TAMBARAM

CHARPOY GI PIPE : FD-220

Removing the existing unserviceable plywood from GI charpoy and S&F 12mm thick, plywood BWR of size 1980mm x 900mm and rounded edges at four corners duly fixed with MS Bolts and nuts of size 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI charpoy (03 Nos each on both long rails and 02 Nos each on short rails), including welding with 03 Nos mild steel flat iron of size 40mm x 6mm, 900mm long conforming to Grade Fe-410-0 between long rails, at equal distance (ie 660mm) from short rails and preparation of new steel surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer on entire area of flat iron complete all as per drawing and as directed. Removing the worn out / broken long rails from GI Charpoy, S&F new long rail made out of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe, duly threaded at both ends all as specified and directed and as per drawing . Drg No: FD-220

Removing of worn out/ broken short rail from GI Charpoy and replace the same with serviceable GI pipe 32mm dia obtained/ retrieved from Item No. 2 here in above by cutting and threading both ends suitable for required length complete all as per drawing and as directed. Drg No: FD-220

Removing worn out broken legs from GI Charpoy and replace the same with the serviceable GI pipe 32mm dia obtained/ retrieved Item No.2 & 3 here in above by cutting to required length and threading at one length and providing second class wooden block/welding with 3mm thick MS plate at bottom end of each legs and provision of MNF set clamp as required complete all as per drawing and as directed. Removing the unserviceable GI Check nut and supply and fix new GI Check nut 32mm dia medium grade of approved quality complete all as per drg and as directed. Drg No: FD-220

Removing the unserviceable Elbows from GI charpoy, supply and fix new GI Elbow 32mm dia three way medium grade of approved quality all as per drawing and as directed. Drg No: FD-220

Removing the unserviceable ply wood top from GI charpoy with ply top,supply and fix ply wood 12mm thick BWR grade of size 1980mm x 900mm , rounded edges at four corners duly drilled and fixed with mild steel bolts , nuts of size 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick-10Nos per GI charpoy (03 Nos of hole each on both sides of long rails and 02 Nos each on short rails), per GI charpoy with ply top complete as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP AND BED HARD STEEL :FD/E6/MAP/08R & FD/MAP-II/01

Removing the unserviceabl plywood top from Charpoy With Hard Top and Bed hard steel , supply and fix plywood 12mm thick BWR grade ISI marked size , shape ,finishing all as per existing and as per drawing

Preparing all the external surface of the Charpoy with ply top steel and Bed hard steel by derusting/scrubbing and dusting, providing metal putty of approved quality wherever required including applying one coat of syntheitc enamel paint of first quality approved tint (Black) and make by spray painting and supply and fix 04 Nos rubber shoes approved quality for each charpoy and Bed hard steel all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
