REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT, FLOOD LIGHT , HIGH MAST AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES IN ZONE 2 AND 4 UNDER GE UTILITY BATHINDA MIL STN

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC of 63 mm innner dia and 75 mm outer dia for underground electrical cable protection, 750 N , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and GE.

Labour only for Laying only XLPE LT cable provided by Office under Sch B of size 16 sqmm, 4 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall include the amount of transportation and T&P for shifitng of DWC pipe from office to desired location where cable have to be laid . The excavation and connceted item shall be measured and paid saperatelly under respective items

Supply and laying XLPE LT cable of 16 sqmm, 04 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Taking out of Old unserviceable material included in quoted rates and should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 metre distance on each side and 3.00mtr distance on both sides of LT over head lines including collection and removal from road complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-For measurement and payment purpose each span shall be considered as 40.00 mtr. Span.If the length of span is less than 40.00mtr measurment and payment shall be considered proportionally.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of Lt Steel tubular poles by two coat of silver/alumunium paint complete and making alternative black and white strips VE waterproof high density reflective self adhesive strips on pole ( each strip 30cm hight ) on base up to 1.50 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block, and writing pole nos. cement base paint on exposed surface of PCC coping and foundation blocks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC separator suitable for 3/4 way conductor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any finincial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.
