General servicing and annual maintenance of 40HP Air Blower and Motor Assembly by way of dismantling / Dismembering and carrying to appropriate workshop for repairs, overhauling, replacement of work out / damaged parts in Air Blower and motor, carrying back to site of work, after completion of overhauling to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, reassembling and re-fixing at its original position including replacement of M.Oil of suitable grade, air filter polyester fan belts corresponding to IS specification, replacement of work out nuts and botls by SS anti-corrosive nuts and bolts, greasing of parts including repairs to electrical control boxes, making of required electrical and mechanical connections, including painting of surfaces with two coats of primer and metal paint of approved quality to give an even shade. The job includes all labour, T&P charges, taxes etc. whatever required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as a fraction of rate to be paid as per actual at site.

Annual repairs to 150KVA Voltage Stablizers with replacement of its damaged coils, top leveling transformer oil and the replacement of voltmeters / amphere-meters. The job includes dismembering / refitting of the same after repairs as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge as a fraction of rate to be paid as per actual at site.

Dismembering of Sluice Valves of different diameters by way of removing / cutting damaged corroded, rusted nuts and bolts with the help of hexa blades and the refitting of the sane after re-threading of rods with chunkners whenever required. The job also includes servicing greasing, oiling after cleaning with kerosene oil including cost of lubricants of approved mark, kerosene oil bolts and gland packs complete job.

The hand rail and coupling should be fitted with stainless steel cut pins after making proper hole in wheel and rods. The job includes all carriages, taxes upto actual site of work.

Repairs to reduction Gear Assembly of Churners by way of Repair / re-toothing of gears, servicing well. Replacement of gear oil and as per requirement at site. The job includes oiling, greasing of reduction gears, after proper screening and inclusion of all accessories to be explained if needed during the servicing operation for ensuring complete and smooth functioning of the unit. Cleaning of wall, shaft and beds of the Service Reservoirs by washing, brushing twice and cleaning silt by spraying water by pumping equipment and chemical washing of surface by spraying chemical solution. This item also includes bathing of pores then clearance of all surface after chemical bath by washing with clean water and ensuring zero alkanity.
