Providing & Applying of Reflective Cool Coating System (IR Reflective coating - Pastel Shade) with high SRI VALUE on different substrate like RCC Roads, Pavers, Asphalt Roads etc with GREEN PRO CERTIFIED PRODUCTS having anti-leech property for asphalt resistance, high abrasion resistance and scratch proof & shear resistance properties. Step 1 :- Before application of the final finish reflective coating, prepare the surface making it dirt free. Providing & Applying of 1 Coat of anchoring Base Primer coat of Asphalt Prime to be applied with spray or rollers. The anchoring coat is a fast drying acrylic dispersion base and anti-leech property for asphalt resistance. Step 2 :- Apply 2 coats of Cool T op Xpress as NIR Reflective Coats with the help of Spray. This product is based on fast drying acrylic dispersion & high solid content with SRI not less than 50. Rate includes material, labor, application tools & Excludes water, electricity, cradle, cranes etc.
