Dewatering, Cleaning Muddy/Sludge water from the Pond by using 5HP disel pump set with Pump Operator as required for the work etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in slushy soil (in water upto 0.6m depth requiring the aid of pans and vessels) within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift as per the direction and specification including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the work

Shoring & shuttering for the excavated trench up to a depth of 1.5m from GL including cost of all labour, T & Pete all complete

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial til including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charges.

Single under reamed pile foundation with RCC M30 using 12men size black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including cost of boring but excluding cost of M.S/Tor steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality frons approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engincer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying all labour, materials, T&P for Reinforcement Cement Concrete M-25 for reinforced cement concrete works in using 12mm to 20 mm size hard granite Crusher Broken chips including cost of materials, royalty & conveyance charges with watering, curing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC Wall (M-25)

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate.
