Laying of RCC Sub Base alongwith Civil work (91.86ft x 49.21ft = 4520 sqft) (a) Cleaning of the existing surface of the dust, gravels, grass, weeds etc and preparation of the surface to take new layer of cement concrete with proper bonding. (b) Providing brick wall on edges all around the court with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (c) Providing and laying cement, concrete under the floor, Ration 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded aggregate 40mm nominal size). 5 cm thick. (d) Providing & Laying reinforcement of steel mesh of 8mm thickness inbox size 18"x18" square under the floor with cutting and binding of steel wires. (e) Providing & laying cement, concrete floor ratio 1 : 1.5 : 3 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 3 graded stone) aggregate 10mm nominal size. finished with floating coat of neat cement.

ITF/SAI Approved Ridocryl 8 Layer Acrylic Sports Flooring System (a) Primer. 100% Synthetic based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the concrete or asphalt surfaces. (b) 1 layer of Resurfacer. Synthetic Resurfacer 367-30 for filling and smoothing concrete surfaces in preparation for Acrylic ITF/SAI approved court system. And also fills the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color coating. (c) 5 layer of Cushion. Synthetic cushion for asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acrylic ITF/SAI approved system. (d) 2 layer of Colour. Synthetic based textured topcoat. Ideal for color coating courts and other sport pavement surfaces. (e) Game line marking as per international standards.

Chain Link Fencing (12 gauge, 50 mm Día MS pipes height 10’ for Fixing of 2”x2” 3 mm thick GI coated wire chain link fencing on vertically erected MS pipes fixed in ground at a distance of 10’ from poll to poll horizontally welded with each other at top, Middle and bottom with 12 gauge, 40 mm Día MS pipe, Primer & painting. Fencing around the Playing Area with Size of gate is 7’ X 4’ for entrance)
