CLEANING/DESLUDGING AND REPAIRS OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, COVER SLABS ETC IN SMQ AREA UNDER GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STATION GWALIOR

Attending day to day complaints for cleaning & clearing of localised blockage from floor/Nahani trp, soil waste, WC, chocked rain water pipe etc upto and including Ist manhole and removing sludge water/waste upto 50 meter distance and burrying the same in pit complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit rates quoted in above items shall deemed to be included for removing of solids, liquids and sludge etc or any description from manholes. (ii) SMQ Area under AGE B/R-I of GE (AF) Adm Area Gwalior. (iii) Indls will report at complaint cell of AGE B/R-I of GE (AF) Adm Area Gwalior alongwith a supervisor deputed by contractor to JE (Civ) concerned daily(Except Sunday/Holiday) (iv) Complaint should be done within 24hrs. If not done within 24 hrs, penalty of Rs. 200 /day/complaint will be levied to the contractor and will be recovered from the contractor's due.

Cleaning of underground sewage line including Manholes of any type & size and line of dia 150mm and depth not exc 1.5m making all in working and running condition by removal of blockages of any kind in manholes or sewage lines by means of dewatering, suction, jetting and mechanical rodding with vibration /drilling concept i.e trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desluding, descaling & dechoking of line wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine suitably fabricated on HCV having facilities of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic, making the stretch clean, functional and removal /deposition of sludge inclusive of solids of any type & sludge water to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exc 5KM and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete. Note :- The rates quoted shall deemed to inclusive for using Jet Machine comprising of following specifications :- Sewer suction cum Jet machine of Capacity 5000 Litres mounted / hauled with appropriate Vehicle, Capacity for Sludge / sewer > 1500 Ltrs and capacity of water > 2500 ltrs, Suction system with minimum delivery of 600 Cum / Hour, Vacuum 92%, Suction pipe dia - 100mm, Suction length - 7m, Length of Suction hose - 15m, Minimum pressure 2 Bar, Jetting system with min delivery capacity of 225 LPM and Pressure 130 Bar, Jetting hose and hose reel (alongwith nozzle) of minimum length 30m, dia 25mm, nozzle size as required and working pressure 2200PSI complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of underground sewage line including Manholes of any type and size and line exc 150mm & n exc 300mm dia of pipe including manhole upto 3m depth by means of removing silts, sludgem pabbles, stones, bricks, bats etc all in working and running condition involving removal of blockages of any kind in man holes or sewage lines by any means i..e mechanical or manual including rodding with vibration/ drilling concept ie trolly mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desluding descalling & dechoking of the wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with combined high pressure water jetting com suction (vaccume) type machine suitably fabricated of HCN having facilities of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic, making the stretch clean, functional and removal / deposition of sludge inclusive of solids of any type & sludge water to a distance exceeing to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exc 5KM and covering the entire sludge and solids with local earth complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any size but depth not exc 1.5 M deep mechanically or manually by taking of sludge/any deletrious material from the existing manhole and removing the sludge to a distance beyond 2.00 KM from the habitation in sealed container and depositing the same complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item No. 4 but depth of man hole exc. 1.5 mtr and n. exc. 3 mtr deep.

M&L for Punchering existing RCC /SGSW pipe line of any dia and at any places between manholes for cleaning blockage in pipes including necessary exavation , returning , filling in and removal of soil and making good punchered area with CM 1:1, including cutting/clearing away grass vegetation , saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, along pipe lines both sides upto a distance 2m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar and including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved o plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item No. 8 here-in-before but except bricks. Note:- Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial Item no 7 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

Taking down of cement plaster inculding wall finishes in any description on brick or stone wall etc., incl hacking out joints for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.
