SITC of 4-Zone DALI Lighting Controller with Keypads. (a) Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of 4-Zone Lighting Controller cum Dimmer with certified DALI protocol interface, to integrate with AV control processor. Controller shall support one loop controlling up to 64 DALI devices, supporting DT0, DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4, DT5, DT6, DT7, and DT8(Tc) DALI type devices. (b) Provision to connect external contact closures to set lighting levels and override devices for each zone. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of 15W deep recessed DALI dimmable COB mounted downlighter with pressure die-cast aluminium heat sink and PC lens. Luminaire shall have photobiologically safe LED, high-performance LED driver with near-zero maintenance, no harmful UV or IR radiation, operating temperature -10°C to +45°C, operating voltage range 140–270V AC, power factor >0.90, THD <15%, CCT 4000K, CRI >80, fixture colour grey, system lumen output 3460 lm, average life L70B50: 50,000 hours.Luminaire to support DALI driver with high-transmittance special micro-reflector optics, lumenefficacy>120 lm/W, beam angle 55°, UGR <19, including all necessary wiring, DALI integration,and commissioning. Supply & installation of adjustable suspension mounting kit for luminaire, complete with height adjustment and all accessories for safe and firm mountingesting, commissioning, and handing over, including functional verification, DALI address programming, and integration with lighting control system. Make: Havells (Alina Deep Recessed 15W COB) or equivalent in Wipro/Philips.

Supply of DALI Dimmable Linear Recessed Fittings. Supply of DALI dimmable 49 mm (light emitting surface) width linear recessed standalone fitting made of extruded aluminium housing with UGR <19 diffuser. Fixture shall be office compliant with system efficacy ≥ 110 lm/W (SDCM <3), minimum system lumen output 2200 lm (downlight), maximum system wattage 20 W, beam angle 110–120°, CCT up to 5700K, CRI > 80,P20, IK02.Luminaire to have isolated DALI 2.0 driver with flyback topology in metal/plastic enclosure, PF>0.95, THD <5% at full load, operating voltage range 150–270V AC, internal surge protection 2KV.Luminaire life: 50,000 hrs @ L70B0 at 45°C ambient; compliance with IS10322. LM79 and LM80 reports from NABL/UL accredited lab to verify parameters. Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of 48 watt power supply for IP20 strip light etc., complete as required.
