   1.Item will be purchased from OEM or its authorized dealer. The authorization issued from OEM must be valid on or after the date of tender opening. In case the bidder is OEM it must attach self-declaration or any other relevant document regarding manufacturer of the offered item, failing which their offer will be rejected without any back reference. 2.In addition to above, bidder/tenderer must have past performance (Not older than 1 April 2021) in the Indian railway for the same or similar category items to qualify the EC of tender. Firm must submit latest credential documents like R-Note, Receipted Challan, Installation & commissioning report or any authentic documents for the same otherwise offer will be ignored. NOTE-1- It is mandatory to mention the particular quoted MAKE/BRAND name in the relevant column by the bidder with its e-offer. NOTE-2- Date of issue & Validity of authorization certificate should be clearly mentioned in the certificate otherwise certificate will not be considered valid.

   Delivery schedule indicated in the tender schedule is tentative and may vary as per the requirement of railway at the time of finalisation of tender/release of purchase order. However, offers with large variation from tendered delivery schedule may be ignored or considered for restricted order quantity.

   No Exemption for EMD will be given to firms except to those firms as mentioned in the Instruction to tenderers ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024. If the firms, other than those exempted, fail to submit EMD along with the offer, their offer will be summarily rejected.

General Instructions

   Purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender for full or part quantity without assigning any reason. The rates quoted by the tenderers for the full Quantity would be taken as valid even for part quantity.
2. 2

   5 % of P.O. value may be recovered from the firm as General Damages as per para 16.2 of ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024, in case of failure of firm to supply the item.
