Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls a.Dismantling Brick work

Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete

Supply and filling in foundation with river sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, well watering , ramming and consoli- -dation etc., completed.

Cemet Concrete 1:4:8(one cement,four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge HBG stone jelly including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete

Brick Work in C.M 1:5 (one cement,Five sand) mix using II class chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x2 a)foundation and basement

Plastering with Cement mortor 1:5 (one cement,five sand) with 12 mm thick including cost of all materials,labour charges for finishing and curring etc., complete

Painting two coats of newly platered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt, and including plater of paris

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Finishing the floor with premium grade designed vetrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8 mm of best approved colour quality laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bed as joint free and pointing with the same colour cement added with the colouring pigments at 3.0 kg/m² etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply, laying jointing PVC pipes of approve quality and best variety confirming to ISS and with ISI mark of the following sizes .including cutting threading and fixing PVC /GI specials but excluding the cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak wood plugs , clamps screws and making holes on the walls,floors and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with necessary scaffolding charges etc., comlete complying with standard specification A.110mm 6kgf
