Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) grade conforming to IS : 8887 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg per sqm on the prepared bitumnious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specfication clasue 503 including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipment required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 50mm thick (fifty millimetre) dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.including curring and form work with carriage of machinery/ equipment required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 30mm thick (thirty millimetre) bituminous concrete with 60-90 (Sixty- ninety ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent ) by weight of total mix material and filler, as per job mix formula transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification 507 (5th revision). including curring and form work with carriage of machinery/ equipment required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
