Liquid Medical Oxygen : Oxygen in liquefied form. Certified pure 99%. Medical grade IP. Certified to be safe for human use. Rate should be quoted per cubic meter of gas. Liquid oxygen will be stored in THREE “Liquid oxygen vessels or Tanks” (two vessels for old gas plant 20,000 litres each and one for new gas plant 10,000 litres), shall be provided by the firm to install in the area earmarked for them near two manifold rooms of GTB Hospital, Delhi, shall be connected to main medical gas pipeline system. Vessel (Tank) should be vertical in design with all safety features e.g., pressure relief valves. Should have standard pressure regulator and pressure gauge. Provision to assess the level of liquid oxygen is must. Vessels shall be provided by the firm free of cost to store the LMO supplied by the same firm. It will be the property of the firm and shall be taken back by the firm when supply contract is over. The maintenance services and replacement of any faulty or defective part/s for proper functioning of the tank shall be the entire responsibility of the firm without any charges.
