Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materils as directed with all leads, lifts etc.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. Dewatering on BHP basis by using water pump including diversion of stream, providing cofferdams, earthern bunds etc. as may be necessary for foundation and other parts of the the works and pumping out water during and after excavation as may be required by using 3.0 BHP pump etc. complete. (prior approval of Superintending Engineer will be necessary)

Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in15 cm.layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite /quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

R.C.C. PIPES - Providing and Lowering, laying and jointing ISI standard R.C.C. pipes in proper grade and alignment with collar joints in C.M. 1:1 proportion or socketed with rubber joints in standard lengths of following class and diameter suitable for either collar joints or rubber ring joints, excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect including inspection charges, transporting, unloading and stacking cost of conveyance,jointing of materail, labour etc. complete as directed by Engineer-charge as per IS-458/1988 & IS-783-1985. Note: One collar should be supplied with each full length plain ended RCC pipe, cost including in rates below. One rubber ring should be supplied with each full length of socketed pipe, cost included in rates below.1:2 and curing etc. complete.Class NP III

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-20 controlled reinforced cement concrete of trap metal for raft slab including "V" haunches, formwork, scaffolding, compaction by vibrating, finishing curing etc. complete. concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with fine agreegates of required specifications ( VSI sand finely washed etc ) etc. complete. (excluding reinforcement). a) RCC Grade with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) .

(excluding reinforcement, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with fine agreegates of required specifications ( VSI sand finely washed etc )

Providing and fixing precast 80 mm thick RCC Cover in M-30 for man holes of various sizes with reinforcement of 10 mm dia both way tied with tack welding @ 150 mm c/c with 2 hooks of 12 mm dia bars etc.complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Transportation of Material obtained from debries of various sorts including necessary excavation / loosing including loading,unloading and conveying and disposing as directed.
