Supply and fixing as in repairs LT Panel Outdoor type floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof panel / DB, CPRI approved, frame fabricated out of 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm angle iron, 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for entire outer panel with single door and locking arrangements & 1.6 mm for inner compartment with 40mmx5 mm flat Iron, including Separate cubicle chamber with cable alley not less than 300mm width for installation/connecting switchgears with the main bus bar using copper conductor flexible wires suitable for switch rating and connecting outgoing terminals of the switchgear with terminal blocks of appropriate current rating using flexible copper wires duly terminated by cable lugs and thimbles, MS surfaces epoxy based powder coated, shade as approved over 2 coats of red oxide primer, surfaces pre-treated in seven tank process for de-greasing, de-rusting & Phosphated, panel having front and rear opening and provision for installation of separate cable alleys, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments, Provision in cable alleys for bottom cable entry for incoming & outgoing cables, affixing MV danger plate at suitable intervals / locations including erection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed including fixtures amd fitments mentioned below :-

Note:- (i) A clear space of 200mm shall be kept from floor level for switchgear compartment. (ii) Each compartment shall be numbered / lettered as approved by GE. (ii) LT panel shall be fixed in PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendation and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (iv) Contractor shall submit the GA drawings of LT Panel for approval of GE before placing the bulk order

Supply installation testing and commissioning in repair APFC PANEL 50KVAR (15KVAR x 2, 10KVAR x 2) Automatic power factor correction panel consisting of following 125A 433V 3P 50Hz 16KA Fixed Manual Type Moulded Case circuit breaker (MCCB) with thermal magnetic release for overload and magnetic shortcircuit (TMD) as Incomer for APFC. APFC RVT Relay (RVT) 15 KVAR metallised polypropelen capacitor bank 10KVAR metallised polypropelen capacitor bank Capacitor duty contactor for switching on & switching off 15 KVAR capacitor bank (MNx 32) Capacitor duty contactor for switching on & switching off 10KVAR capacitor bank (MNx 25) 32A,3P,10KA MCB for protection of 30KVAR Capacitor Bank 25A,3P,10KA MCB for protection of 20 KVAR Capacitor Bank Note :- (i) The Quoted rate shall include construction of foundation/plinth of PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 all as per manufacturer's instruction and standard drawing. Height of foundation shall be 800mm out of which 500mm shall be above ground level

M&L painting old surfaces of Feeder Pillar boxes / LT panels of any sizes at site with one coats of epoxy based paint DANCOT/Asian make shade / tint as approved including preparation of surfaces, cleaning rusted portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with earth lead of 25x4 mm GI strip all as shown in para no 4 the earthing test point all as specified and directd.The GI earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall be include with providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness ) , 3rd layer with tibba sand up to the ground level. Earthing shall also be include for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded , crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel of capacity upto 50 KVAR by replacing unserviceable parts, controlling wiring etc and including testing complete after repairing all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts required at site for repaired shall be measured and paid separately . (ii) Mulltistranded copper wires upto 6 Sqmm, Single Core and lugs/thimbles as per site requirement to be replaced in repairs by the contractor shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate and other spares as required will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 3 Pole Power Contactors, MNX type, Aux. Contacts 1 NO and 1 NC of rating 18 Amps, for AFPC Panel as per site requirement all as specified and directed. Make : L&T, Model : MNX 22 or equivalent in Havells/ Siemens/Indoasian.

Supply only MCB TPN 'C' Series upto capacity of 32 Amps as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Taking out old underground LT Cable of size 25 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm of 3.5 core from LT Panels trenches / floors / wall/ pipe / pole / including taking out loop from trenches upto 1.0 mtrs depth, cutting the faulty end of cable and refixing the cable in original position by using flat aluminium sockets/ thimble/ and insulating the all nacked wires of any size including making connection with MCCB's/ Switches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost for Exacavation for taking out LT cable , returning and filling shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate .

All as per item No. 24 above but 150 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminium bus bar of any size with aluminium thimbles nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Aluminium bus bar strips shall be covered with PVC insulation tape of red , yellow, blue and black colour for proper colour coding as per IE rules. Cost of nuts ,bolts, washers, insulation etc. shall be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, leveling & water spreading and removing rubbish, upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the LT panel area under clearance all as directed .

Excavation in any type of soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for cable trenches for laying of cable / pipes etc.and getting out in hard / dense soil including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (I)Old unservicable bricks shall be sold to contractor under Sch of credit. (ii) Serviceable brickss stacked for reuse.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and directed .

Material and labour sand cushioning using dry clean sand (Tibba Sand) for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

Laying only serviceable old bricks for cable protection obtained from item no 28 above, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out following defective cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor of any Cross sectional area from trenches, from wall/poles/under floor etc, shifting serviceable cable for relaying or removing the unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately (ii) Unit rate of this item is also includes the removal of brick/tile as cable protection, GI pipe and cable joint etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) After taking out the cables from the trench, serviceability of cable shall be checked by the contractor in presence of the Engr-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, 1100 Volts grade aluminium conductor cable Cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core in trenches or fixed to wall / passing through pipe / pole and testing compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : (i) Excavation & earth work, Brick protection and sand cushining shall be measured and paid for separately,

All as per description of item No. 44 above but Cross section 4O mm dia.

Material and labour for boring in soft/ loose soil at a deapth not less than 1.5 metre under road/PTT/pavement/ Hard standing etc by usingof ultra sounding technique and mechinery equipments suitable for and including laying HDPE pipe nominal outer dia 150 mm PE 80 PN- 6 ISI marked all as per IS 4984/2016 including fittings complete without damaging the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge Note :- (i) Location of boring holes shall be decide by the Enginer- in- charge as per requirement , nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road /PTT/pavement /Hardstanding etc. (ii) During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different type of soil. Tender is hereby advised to keep in mind this aspect while quoting his rates."
