Supply, installation, testing,& commissioning of 20 M high mast in two sections suitable for wind speed as per IS: 875 part-III,with head frame,winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install minimum 11 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, top pully arrangement complete with dip galvanised finished,civil RCC foundation with excavation in soil, foundation bolts,anchor plates nuts,washers, anchor plate complete in all respects I/C electrically operated raising lowering system double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, ,multi core copper conductor cable (Trailing cable(EPR)) of suitable current carrying capacity between top carriage and the base terminal (inside mast),including provision of outdoor type double doors feeder pillar made out of 14 SWG,CRCA sheet with powder coated paint comprising of rating one number incomer 63 A TP MCCB of 25KA and two numbers out going circuits with Suitable TP MCBs of 10KA innterconnecting copper wiring,Auto/manual Switch,0-24 hr .timer & suitable contactor including suitable PCC foundation etc. as required suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50HZ, AC power supply. connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial,including Two number LED Aviation Obstruction Lights shall be on the existing lantern carriage including wiring of all luminaires with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sqmm junction box of lantern carriege to individual light fitting, lugs,mounting accessories and all labour etc. including 1.1 KV power cables from feeder pillars to individual mast distribution box all complete as required as per technical specification attached.
Supply ,assembly and erection of 2.6 Mtr height (height above ground is 2.75 mtr. as per the drawing attached), G.I Octagonal pole suitable to withstand wind speed as per IS -875 made out of HT steel confirming to grade S355J0 or equivalent with single arm bracket made out of suitable dia GI pipe EN 8 grade foundation bolt,base plate with Fe 410 confirming to IS 226 / IS 2062 etc. with complete accessories.The poles shall be hot dip galvanised as per IS 2629 /IS 2633 /IS 4759 standards with average coating thickness of 70 micron.The poles shall be provided with a vandal resistant and weather proof/water proof flush door of 500 mm length(Approx.) at a height of 500 mm from base plate with proper strenghtening to cut out of the door opening. An outdoor IP66 rated junction box/ looping box with heavy duty single phase and neutral connector with 6 amp. DP MCB shall be provided inside the cutout.Poles shall be provided with two earth studs at the bottom Poles shall be fixed to foudation with a set of four foundation bolts etc as required as per technical specification attached.
Erection of Octagonal pole provided in item no. 2 (SH-II Sr. no 1) above in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation refilling providing 2 no X 50 mm dia DWC Pipes for cable entery etc. as required
