Dismantling of 33/11 KV 5 MVA power transformer by opening of jumpers of HV side, LV side 11 kV cable of 5 MVA T/F and earthing strip of T/F neutral bracket & 11 KV cable stand.

Removal of existing 11 KV Side Cable Stand

Safe dragging of 5 MVA T/F from plinth to a safe place in/out the switch yard

Safe dragging of 10 MVA T/F & its accessories from outside the switch yard to plinth.

Erection and commissioning of 10 MVA T/F mounting of radiator, conservator tank and filling of T/F oil and complete wiring and commissioning of T/F.

Connecting 10 MVA Power Transformer to 33 KV & 11 KV line & jumpering by 1x630 Sqmm. cable including with fixing of connector, Al. lugs & Cu.L Pieces (Required LT Cable 1x630 Sq mm connectors, PG clamps, Cu.L Pieces & Al. lugs will be provided by contractor).

Pipe boring type Earthing minimum 20 mtr deep from ground level or upto water level with ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 2“ dia connection of equipments with earthing included in the job as per norms for Transformer /other requried equipments.

Repairing and regrouting of 11 KV cable stand and other associated work.

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE Cable on cable stand/11 KV VCB Pannel

Reconnecting of existing boring earthing strip from New erected Transformer 10 MVA
