Excavation for Foundation All excavation operations shall include excavation of all types of soil / rocks and ‘getting out’ the excavated matter at a distance (lead upto 50mt) of at least one metre or half the depth of excavation, whichever is more, clear off the edge or excavation shall also include depositing the excavated materials as specified. The subsequent disposal of the excavated materials from the site to the authorised dumping yard or out of the Bank premises without any extra cost to the Bank. During the excavation, the natural drainage of the area shall be maintained. Excavation shall be done from top to bottom as directed by the Engineer-in Charge and nothing extra shall be payable for hard rock or any other machinery required for excavation. The excess depth or oversized in all ways, any damage to the existing structure, paver blocks, drainage lines, chambers etc. shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Approximate size of the excavation is 900 x 900 x 900 mm.

The rates are applicable to all height & level and to the required shape, size and depth as per drawing.

Providing and Fabrication of MS Frame Structure for parking: Supply and fabrication of structural steel work in built up tubular, hot finished welded type tubes, round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, angles, flat, 20gauge sheet, metal deck, chequer plats etc. for trusses, shade, roof, columns, railing, lowareds etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a SEP of approved brand of two coat on a priming coat of approved steel primer (Zink), including welding of entire joint edges of sections and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete with all necessary tools and plants, scaffolding etc. required at all height / level.

Providing and fixing of the 4 MM PP double layered Safety Net of approved quality, make and shade made to prevent accident like fall of human or debris. The net shall be made of polypropylene materials, should be exceptionally strong and durable. The net shall be of 4 mm PP with monofilament shade net or containment net, having gap not more than 60 x 60 mm. The rate shall be inclusive of the transportation, fixing, required fittings and fixtures etc. complete as recommended by the manufacturers in line level and as advised by Bank’s Engineers. Basic rate for net shall be Rs.140/sft exclusive of CP and GST
