S&F & testing commissioning of outdoor type bus bar panel pedestal type weather proof CPRI approved MS cubical panel board outdoor type of size 110 cm x 80 cm x 40 cm, 4 Nos. of bus bar of 400 Amp capacity & MCCB 250 Amp capacity 4 pole (Ics = Icu = 100%) including one coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint powder coated, mounted on channels and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation for fixing panels aluminium busbar channel insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on DMC / Epoxy insulator. The panel shall be fixed over Angle iron frame (50 x 50 mm) of minimum height 75 cm Complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Panel drawings & make of MCCB will be submitted by contractor for approval from Accepting Officer before ordering the panel

Supply, laying & testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 90 sqmm 3.5 core including taking down of old unserviceable UG cable/service wires Complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 2 above but of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for road cutting including necessary excavation 45 cm wide and 90 cm in depth as in trenches in any type of soils / rock for laying LT UG cable through pipe after laying / through the cable trenches will be filling top with M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm grades stone aggregates from top over 15 cm thick hard good of broken boulders, 63 mm gauge over 15 cm boulders 100 mm dia over filled and rammed earth to make good the disturbed surface etc Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete including taking down / dismantling the old items Complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Pin type porcelain vitreous, brown of white insulator to suit 1100 Volt working pressure of size 100 mm height, 65mm dia, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanished iron washer and one GI nut Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing vegetation, grass, scrubs and bushes or any small tree branches growing in Substation yard along with fencing, around the pole, under the HT/LT transmission lines, yards or any description by manually / mechanically and keep the substation yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean throughout the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches of girth upto 150 mm dia and 3 mtr all around of any size obstructing lamination of street light / perimeter lights and touching LT / HT Over head line including removing trimmed tree branches Complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each cut will be measured and paid

S & F in repairs LT PVC line spacer suitable for existing 3 phase 4 wire OHT system Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of PVC electrical LT insulation tape 18 mm width in 6 mtr roll Complete all as specified and as directed.

(MS Angle / Square tube iron work / GI pipe / GI Angle PCC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule)

Supply and fix in repair digital Timer along with enclouser panel , dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet including fixing arrangement cable lugs/gland/nut, bolt and washers if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for fault finding of LT cables of any size any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable voltage and all as per manufactures instructions including providing straight through joint and additional cable of same existing size suitable to site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
