(where machine can not move )

Extra rate for earth work exucted under water & liqued mud

Disposal of waste malba from site upto 5.0 km i/c all comp of work

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand and cement in proportion are 1:6:12 in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour. T&P etc. required for proper completion the work

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 one cement and four course sand, mortar in foundation in plinth including supply of all material labour, T &P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved graded stoneee grit, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work As per direction of E/I.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and approved c sand mortar in 1:4 over brick work minium thickness not to be less than 1 Cm including supply of all material labour Tool & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab/ nall with all comp of work

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.
