Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing padding cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cement concrete C-0, 1:3:6 (12.5mm graded aggregate) with water proofing liquid complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 5 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound on surface to have a smooth surface for laying floor finishes and APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minium 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid on primed surfaces with industrial bitumen 85/25, @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer @ 0.5 litre/Sq.m. by gas flame torch application and cleaning surfaces, applying evenly a tack coat/primer of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20kg/sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 15mm thick cement Screed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment.

M & L for 2 coats Aluminium paint over Water Proofing Treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for roof tiles, mangalore pattern of any size and shape, interlocking at side joints complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling PVC water tank of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs and removing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling PVC water tank of capacity exc 500 and n.exc 1000 ltrs and removing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with galvanised 8mm dia 'J' hook/self tapping screws, all as specified and directed' Make :- Jindal/Tata Blue Scope Steel Ltd/Essar or equivalent make ISI marked as approved by GE. Note : (a) Sheets will be bent and shaped to match the existing roof shape as per required curvature/site requirements and height upto 35m and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note : (a) Sheets will be bent and shaped to match the existing roof shape and roof gutters as per required curvature/site requirements and height upto 35m and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook/self tapping screws in lieu of screw in roof, wall etc all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Sheets will be bent and shaped to match the existing roof shape as per required curvature/site requirements and height upto 35m and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S & F in repairs Wind operated Turbo Ventilators of size 24 inches dia, material of construction for ventilator is High grade Industrial Aluminium of thickness not less than 0.5mm, material of construction for Hardware is stainless steel -304. Bearing shall be of steel is completely enclosed and dust proof integrated housing and aligned with each other, It shall have capability to rotate at nearly zero wind speed. Turbo ventilator shall have UV stabilized powder coated and capable of static balancing shall have high exhaust capacity and there shall not be any exhaust problem due to air back draft. Fixing arrangement shall have high quality rubberized hardware to prevent rain Ingress. All Turbo Ventilators are to be installed by manufacturer’s auth person only all as specified and directed. NOTE : (a) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the roof of Hangar height upto 35m shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L Greasing of hangar track in top and bottom of steel gate / hangar shutter for trouble free operation all as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (Note : Length of Each track shall be measured).

S & F in repairs 6 to 8mm thick rubber seal on sides of hangar doors fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (a) The work will be carried out as required on site without damaging the existing structure and necessary arrangement for climbing on the hangar height upto 35m door shall be provided by the Contractor and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) All safety precautions will be taken by the Contractor during execution and the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in with CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or Concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers 10mm thick in CM 1:4 followed by 5mm thick CM 1:4 with approved WPC, finished even and fair.( WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for two coats of weather proof exterior Acrylic emulsion paint over new plastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.
